Does what it’s suppose to do. Did a quick test licked my finger put it over the contacts. Within seconds I received the notification on my phone - “The Kitchen sink Flood sensor alarmed” Then received a automated phone call, that the sensor tripped. I bought two for now one under the kitchen sink, the other right under the water pipes for the washing machine. I will eventually pick up some more. i.e. - bathroom sinks, toilet, etc...

Easy install and works great with my Ring Alarm! Tested them and they work great. Glad to have the peace of mind knowing I will bet warned when water is detected. Since I live in a warm part of AZ, I doubt the Freeze sensor part will come in handy; however, you never know when weather patterns may change and I'll get the opportunity to get a freeze warning as it has lightly snowed here once or twice and it is better to be safe than sorry!

I tested these out in a bowl of water before placing them in service. They work, and it's a quick notification to your phone/Ring app saying they detected water. They are super small too (maybe 2-3in in diameter) so they are convenient to tuck away and out of sight.

Very simple setup but a must device to have a home. I put it under my ac because I had leaking issues and I received instantaneous alerts.

Easy to set up. Small and stylish. Definitely a great product for notifying you when a flood occurs in home.

This is our second Ring water detector. A great product and easy to set up with the Ring alarm. Our previous water detector saved us from damage - when we had our sump pump was not working. We purchased a second monitor to put in below our Air Handler in case our condensate would overflow, if the float switch wasn't working.

Works as expected. Easy to install and configure. Already saved me due to water leak in basement.

This device saved out house to be ruined! We had washing macine leaked water on the floor and this device beeped to let me know the incident! I highly recommend it.

Easy to configure .....works as expected. The only drawback is the price.

Ring calls you immediately when it detects water. Usually under a sink with the garbage disposal or dishwasher causing a plastic fitting to slip and leak. You will know immediately! (or when the kids splash water out of the tub, or the toilet is overflowing)

This is my fourth flood/freeze sensor and each one has worked as expected at least as far the flood part goes. I have not tested out the freeze sensor to see if it works, but placing the sensor on a little bit of water will cause it to alarm.

I love that Ring incorporates these into their lineup. I have one near my sump pump in case of failure and one near my upright freezer to warn of any leaks. Remember, this is not stand alone, you need a ring system to connect it to.

These sensors are add-ons for Ring security system. Not stand alone sensors, need hub to communicate. That being said, these are excellent additions as I am a victim of flooded HVAC system due to blocked water condensation pipe once and washing machine pipe drain fell off another time. I wish I had these sensors long back to avoid those accidents but at least now I can be at peace knowing that these will work or alarm me when needed. Need to check the battery life as I recently installed them.

As with all Ring sensors, it was extremely easy to add to the alarm system and configure... couple of taps within the app and it was done. Testing with a moist paper towel proved successful. Highly recommended if you have a Ring alarm system

The alarms were easy to add to my ring alarm system by using the distinctive pattern that came with each of them. The app allowed to give their placement in specific rooms in the house. I tested one of them by placing it on a wet paper towel. I got alarms on the ring app and an automated phone call to inform me of the water leak. I disabled the alert by saying done on the phone, but then saw that the app gave options too including options to silence the alarm for specific periods.

Saved us when our basement started flooding. Alerted us immediately when water started coming in our door. Definitely helped us keep the damage under control!

We placed this in our furnace/water heater area of our finished basement. Had a minor leak which went undetected so we bought this to avoid a repeats. Simple to use and pair with Ring system.
