Customer Ratings & Reviews

For the current price as this is an older model it is a capable machine. Not completely set it and forget it ... once you run it through your house a couple times you will find you will need to set no go zones but for the most part it does an excellent job of navigating and obstacle avoidance. I am a little put off with the carpet cleaning - I have a long hair German Sheppard and although hair does not get tangled in the brush, I find the hole for the debris to flow through to small and therefore requires you to manually empty the dirt container. Drives me crazy as I really want a robot vac that just does what it says. Hard Floor vacuuming and mopping is excellent. Good Run time and excellent app. I would recommend at this price but keep in mind if you have pets you will need to check the dust bin and empty during your run time.

I purchased this model to replace my roomba combo that I had been having issues with. I have been a roomba user for 10+ years and never thought I would change but the issues I had with this last model just sent me over the edge. I researched and decided to purchase the Roborock Quervo Curve and am very pleased. The setup was easy, and has been producing great cleaning and navigation. It is much quieter than my previous roombas and does not leave black marks on my baseboards, which I love. I did pay more but waited for a sale but think it is worth it since it works and works well.

We had a Roomba J series we lost in an accident, the model was no longer made and we got the replacement model. We had been battling it for alomost 2 years. Broke down and asked AI what to get based off of our family size, activities, floors and pets. Now we have this beauty and it is unreal. We could only run the roomba during the day when gone do to the noise. This thing can run.amytime.wuthout dosturbing us. The crumb feature is awesome, after cooking and eating hit the play buttone it cleans the kitchen and table area instantly. Best robot ever.

I don’t have pets, not sure if the vacuum can take care of dog/cat fur. Bur for me the best robot vacuum. Long term charge capability, perfect cleaning, strong vacuum suction. 10out of 10for me.

I’ve been very happy with this robot vacuum. It vacuums and mops well, the self-emptying and self-washing dock saves a lot of time, and the app is easy to use. It cleans thoroughly, avoids obstacles well, and is much quieter than I expected. It has made keeping my home clean much easier. I would definitely recommend it.

This robot vacuum has exceeded all expectations and brings new functionalities to the market and has perfected those new functionalities. After testing in a house with three Huskies, the anti-tangle system is perfection. The run time is absolutely incredible. The suction power is absolutely incredible. The mopping ability is absolutely incredible. The cleaning of the mops is incredible. The mapping of the house is incredible. The mobile app is perfection. This is the iPhone of robot vacuums.

This unit replaced my Irobot J7 which was a great unit for it's time. But this one exceeds it in every way. Better cleaning, better suction, way quicker and quieter.

I have had a few different robot vacuums. I've had the s 7 and S9 Roomba and the shark. This Robo rock is superior. It cleans quickly does a great job and I love the fact that it vacuums the carpets and mops the floors and is smart enough to detect the difference. It doesn't run over my dog. It's just amazing.

This robot cleans really well, is very quiet and the app is super easy to use. It makes cleaning effortless, and I’m very happy with it!

This thing is great! Has a camera and does really well on battery and hair

I would give it 5 stars if the instructions were clearer. I went online for the manual and watched YouTube videos and still could not figure out how to set up the rooms. I finally had to call their customer care and they sent specific instructions, I thought I was tech savvy but certainly was frustrated with the set up. Once I was able to set up rooms, type of flooring and set up barriers, the vacuum works splendidly! It is super quiet compared to my old Roomba, which you could hear outside the house when it was running. I love how it vacuums and mops in one sweep. It has saved me many hours of cleaning and vaccuming! I love it and highly recommended Roborock. My house has never felt cleaner.

This is our second Roborock and absolutely LOVE it. Goes under and behind like we normally wouldn't have time for. When used and maintained regularly it is an amazing help especially with two furred animals ;)

Right out of the box this robot cleaner was extremely easy to setup and use especially for anyone one technically challenged such as myself. The vacuum and mop both clean extremely well. Love this unit it does everything we need it to do.

This is my 4th robot vacuum. Mapping went well Wife is still not impressed with mopping features Is dealing with pets hair okay. We will see on durability and maintenance go.

Over all we love this purchase. Upkeep is very minimal and as long as you change out the water when needed you will never know it’s there. We have ours set to run overnight starting at 1 AM and it’s long done before we’re up for the day. If I was to show a downside on the unit, it would be error code 15, which I find is common in my research. It did require for them (Best Buy) to replace the unit, but it was a smooth process overall. If anything make sure you have the warranty.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Roborock Qrevo Curv: A Game-Changer in Robot Vacuums The Roborock Qrevo Curv has completely exceeded my expectations and redefined what I thought a robot vacuum and mop could achieve. With 18,500 Pa suction power, this device handles even the toughest messes, whether it’s pet hair, dirt, or debris. The cleaning power is unmatched, and the Dual Anti-Tangle System ensures smooth operation without constant maintenance or interruptions. What truly sets the Qrevo Curv apart for me are the rotating mop pads, which deliver a deeper, more polished clean compared to standard robot mops. I’ve noticed a visible difference in how spotless my hard floors look after each use. The mop function works seamlessly alongside the vacuum, and I no longer have to do any touch-ups myself. The app connectivity is another highlight. It’s intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to schedule cleanings, set no-go zones, and customize settings for each room. The design is sleek and modern, and it blends well with my home decor. Roborock has truly nailed it with this model. It’s reliable, efficient, and packed with advanced features that make cleaning effortless. If you’re considering upgrading your cleaning routine, the Qrevo Curv is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

I have two dogs with access to the backyard who bring in my dirt than I could keep up with. The mopping was a lifesaver and has made my home clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

The Roborock is the best cleaner I used it before, very easy to use, the technology for home cleaner is in the top. In every stage of cleaning Roborock is efficient. My wife love it!!

I recently purchased this robot cleaning machine, and it has exceeded all my expectations! It works incredibly well, saving me a significant amount of time and effort in my daily routine. The cleaning performance is impressive, and it’s much better than I anticipated. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an efficient and convenient cleaning solution

Works great. There should be something in the manual about cleaning the small filter where the vacuum bag is. Other than that and having to do a full reset once, it has been flawless
