I purchased this Roku TV online from a local Best Buy store that said it would be ready in one hour. A few minutes after purchase, I got a text from Best Buy saying it is ready for pickup! Two friendly associates brought the TV to the curb and placed it in my SUV. Exceptional customer service! My son helped me unpack it at home, and within 2 hours of purchase, I had it attached to the TV stand and working. The TV has a better picture than the Roku 65" it replaced in our living room, which stopped working due to the back light panel failure. We have the TV placed in the corner on an entertainment center corner unit which only has 35" of maximum width on top. I had to buy a stand that connects to rails for the TV back for the previous TV to fit as the plastic TV "feet" that comes with these TVs install in holes that are 40" apart, so you would need a stand with at least 40" wide on top to hold it. The rails for the stand you buy separately if needed are just 4 screws into the back of your TV, very easy to install. The stand I bought allows you to swivel the TV, a very useful feature. Although this TV screen is 10" smaller than the one it replaced, my family likes it better as it fits better in the corner of our living room. A 65" or larger would be better to hang on a wall with no windows. Since I had a previous Roku sound bar, all I had to do was hold the reset button on the back of the bar and the sound bar syncs to the Roku brand TV. I am so far very happy with the purchase. It couldn't be easier, if you purchase an in stock unit, just drive to the store and employees load it into the back of your vehicle for you. You will need one other person when you get home to help you carry a large screen model into your home and unpack it. Then it is as simple as plug it in and turn it on, select your network connection, enter your WIFI password, Roku will download the latest software and play. Love the ease of plug and play!

Always liked roku easy to setup the TV itself is good quality best to buy these when they go on sale but overall i am happy with this 55" no issues at all.

I purchased this TV for my mom. She previously had a Roku TV. She liked and was familiar with them, so we looked specifically for a Roku TV. We weren't looking to spend a lot of money as my mom neither wants or needs expensive electronics, but we found this TV and the specs and picture of it were great for the price, so we got it for her and I put it up that evening. She loves it.

This TV has a great picture and is easy to set up, but it is difficult to set up with the Dish system because Dish and Roku have not gotten their act together.
