ROKU Premier+ and PS Vue is a perfect combination. I happen to have a wired ethernet port near some of the TV locations, so getting 4 of theses units during a Black Friday special WITH a Ethernet port was a steal. We have not had any problems with the Wireless streaming (5 Ghz) either, but most $49 streaming devices do not have the ethernet port and media card slot for downloading apps, which we have not used yet. As longs as you have reliable ISP, we just upgraded to 45 Mb with ATT and it's been better than the 18MB we previously had.

I have just received my roku premier plus & I set it up in my 4K TV, I was watching YouTube picture quality is much better than previous one.

Our old TV did not have a lot of apps on it. This is great. It has allowed us to use Prime, Netflix, etc, and the picture quality is awesome.

The Roku Premier gives you access to many steaming services, some for free. It is the recommended device for use with Lightspeed Live. It is not as user-friendly as an actual DVR in-home device for recording your programming like Comcast or AT&T, but allows you to get the same programming for less than half the cost. There is no on/off switch which may or may not be an issue. I returned my first unit because the tech told me it was shutting down and had to be reset after periods on non-use because he said it was overheating and suggested it should be unplugged when I was not using it. I disagreed and insisted that is a design flaw if that was the case. I still don't unplug the new unit and I haven't had any shut-down problems.

I was replacing a Roku unit from a few years back. This is a huge upgrade. Programs load fast and the unit does not crash anymore. Love it!

Our household loves Netflix and with Roku we have access to Netflix plus many more apps like HBO NOW. Roku is so easy to set up. Love Roku!

My son recommended that I get one due to the problems I was having with having to continually log into Netflix. This took care of the issue.

Just what I had hoped for. Got a new 4K TV and needed a device that could stream 4K with HDR content from capable video streaming services.

I am a big fan of the Roku products and the Premiere+ is no exception. It is fast and reliable and it is not tied to a specific television.

I use this in our master bedroom, so I can stream our movies from the cloud, as well as our spectrum tv app. It works well, and it’s fast.

I believe I paid $50 when it was on-sale back in 2017 and so far I don’t need to upgrade it. It supports almost all streaming services, it supports 4K and you can plug a headphone to the remote (the feature I like the most). Not to be confused with the smaller Premiere+ released in 2018 (I don’t know why the kept same name)

Easy set up and great reception. Love having a remote and not having to use a mobile device like with Google Chromecast. Highly recommend!

Bought the Roku Premiere+ for $50 on Black Friday. Perfect compliment to the new tv. Just wish there was more 4k content available. Otherwise, great picture, no lag and very little buffering over wireless.

I love this product! I have a smart TV with a slow processor that always buffered. I got the Roku and it’s smooth sailing! Great product!

We have used Roku in many locations. We enjoy the subscription and free streaming available. With the ability for 4K it is even better.

The Roku Premiere+ is an easy to setup, and easy to use streaming media player. Adding applications (Amazon, Netflix, etc.) is simple, and a large selection of private channels can be added through the user's online Roku account. In addition, you can stream your own files using the Roku's server applications. Our family has cut the cord and we're not looking back!

Great picture quality, easy setup, simple design, connects to wifi quickly, smooth streaming, brighter colors (I compared to my HD tv's built in Hulu app and the Roku's Hulu app and there's a big difference in color brightness), the remote app is still great, more choices for screensavers (now you can choose your own photos or their 4K ones.

We have a Roku 3 and decided to get this Roku Premier Plus to use in the living room with our 4K tv. Picture is great and easy to use!

I have both roku and firestick and im kinda starting to favor the roku..seems to run faster and easier layout..remote isnt that great.
