I am planning to ditch my cable TV and this device seems to have more options for what I want to watch. The device has all the apps that I need and it is fast. It is also designed for Ethernet connection which makes the streaming a lot faster. I now seldom watch TV and use this all the time. Having a headphone connection on the remote control is a big plus. Voice control would be a nice feature on the remote control. For the price, I would expect that to be available. My Amazon fire TV stick has the voice control and is a lot cheaper.

I'm new to the whole streaming scene besides having Netflix. I haven't cut the cable cord yet, but I'm trying this thing out. Kinda hard to figure out, seems you have to pay for most content unless you like watching shows and movies from over 10 years ago. Also adding channels is a bit strange, trying to look up unauthorized channels and find code is a pain. You would think Roku could add 90 percent of these to their channel selection. Maybe it's because a channel has to pay? I don't know, like I said, still trying to figure it out.

Roku is an excellent streaming device. Apps are kept current and it works very well.

Wanted a 4k capable Roku to replace older Roku. Easy set up and gives a good picture

Cable charge monthly for extra TV hook up and for extra box to view premium channels on a 2nd TV. Roku provides premium channels with no monthly charge. So Roku pays for it self in a few months. You do need Wifi so buy a condo or home near MckeyDs or Starbucks and your good to to. No usb but most TV today have usb.

Really great and easy to use device for streaming tv. We've had no problems with it.

I finally cut the cable. Now use Roku and Apple TV. Roku has a lot of wonderful apps.The device was easy to set up and easy to use. What is really great is that the Roku remote is RF instead of IR so you can put the Roku in a cabinet or behind the TV and still control it.

It does exactly what the box says. Even copied my thumb nails from my other device

Work good and has a good picture. But, I have to restart it to reset the HDR part of it once a month so far. Hope a update will fix that.

I bought this for my smart TV when I switched from DirecTV to Hulu. It works great.

I'm a long-time Roku user and have owned a Roku 2, Roku 3, and Roku 4 prior to this unit. Overall, this unit has proven to be exceptional, and exactly what I expect from Roku. The 4K and HDR capabilities are especially on-point, in addition to all of the things that Roku has done right for years. The first missing feature on this model is voice search, which seems silly based on the fact that very cheap devices include this feature in today's world. The second is the ability to control your tv's (or audio device's) volume with the Roku remote; this feature can be found on the Ultra, but no lower models. All in all, I'm more than happy with the Roku and am going to be a continued customer.
