Good Product

Everything works well. Overall, very snappy from screen to screen. The interface with a subscriptions to Netflix is good, having a preview scene automatically open if you pause on a selection from the list. Also having the "skip intro" function for TV series is a plus

ROKU IS GREAT

I have a small 4K TV in the garage to watch sports, and tv while I work out. The resolution is great and like that it has a remote so I can select options while on the treadmill..

Much easier than smart TV functions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a couple of top end LG OLED televisions, and had planned on accessing things like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc, through the Smart TV functionality built into those televisions. The problem is that this TV functionality is easy to access as long as you are using the LG remote. I have my televisions connected into fairly sophisticated home entertainment systems, and it is all managed through universal remotes. The universal remotes do not play well with LG smart TV functions. They "work," but are very cumbersome. That is where the Roku comes into play. There really is not an easier way to get to all of those popular third-party apps than through the Roku, even if you have them built into your smartr TV. The Roku plays well with Harmony universal remote controls, and is easy to set up as well.

Great roku
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this roku to replace my old roku 3, and I can say there is not much of an upgrade other than being able to reproduce 4k content, but it still works great and I would recommend this to anyone if you want to reproduce 4k content.
