The only regret I have is not buying it sooner! I love having every bit of my entertainment in one small box, operated with one remote at my finger tips... my personal movie and TV collection, ALL my online services, My music and my pictures... everything that involves a screen or speaker!!!! After my purchase 3 family members purchased the same device, we are all extremely satisfied and have all canceled cable and satellite TV. I have a 60mb connection, I keep mine plugged in to an ethernet cable and have never had a single glitch, even while running 8 other items wirelessly.

I needed to connect my Roku with an Ethernet cable because of poor wireless signals. I purchased my Roku Premier with Ethernet capability and my problem was solved. I just love it and would recommend this solution to streaming problems to everyone.

The Roku is a very nice unit. It was easy to install and set up, and has worked perfectly. The headphone jack on the remote is awesome to have, late at night.

Had a lower grade Roku and enjoyed everything about it. Decided to step up to Premiere with the added ear phone since I m a little older and my daughter complains about having tv turned up too loud. Love the upgrade and would suggest it to anyone.

Delivery was quick. Set-up was very easy. Plugged it into TV with HDMI cable. Signed in. Selecting additional channels was easy. Images were excellent and sound came through clear. Response very good and no buffering issues. Very happy with it.

I bought this after getting fed up with the interface on my smart tv(too slow too many updates). The premier+ is quick, intuitive and powerful. Love it!

We are new to the world of TV streaming. But this Roku Premiere + is intuitive to use, sturdy (we have young kids, so this is important), and reliable. We were amazed that the Roku can also pause for a short bit (long enough to go the the bathroom or get something from the fridge) and rewind a short ways! Super cool! We found lots of free TV apps, and started using Direct TV Now. The only downside was the Direct TV Now app. It does not allow pausing, rewinding or fast forward. If I try, it kicks me out of the show we are watching. But that's not Roku's fault.

It's the second roku I've had and it's the best up grade for the price. Very easy to start up and operate.

Great that i can connect an Ethernet cable. Got a 50 ft to reach my bedroom, now no wifi lag. It has so many apps. Only minus is that you have to buy and install a microSD or else the apps have to keep reloading. Once that's done, no issues.

I have a tv from 2012 it no longer can support the smart tv part. So we got a roku. I really like the idea of Roku. It has a lot of choices and we are looking to see if we can cut cable, but, IT seems that all the apps either have a chaarge or you have to have cable. I think there needs to be something free other than basic stuff

This is a great product, my earlier ROKU Angry Bird stopped working and I went for this. The best part I like is it can get connected to a 5Ghz network and that gives a very good speed to stream movies and shows. The 4K quality is amazing.

We had an older roku stick that was having issues on our new OLED TV. Getting th ebetter streaming device solved all those issues. Easy to use.

Purchased to update form Roku 3 to 4K. Reliable just like previous Roku. Only real complaint about all Roku remotes is: not ergonomic, volume and mute controls on side of remote instead of top is awkward for right handers, especially with the round remote back which will not sit on a flat surface. Roku! Please! Fix! your remotes!

Simple and best and affordable phone for everyday use.

If you want to view limited channels on your cable subscription and have access to Hulu, Netflix or any other streaming service then this is the way to go. Just load the app and watch. Using an ethernet connection helps secure the signal.

I bought this for my mother who is on a budget. It has the Spectrum app and she can watch all the local channels for a reasonable price, plus she gets some of her favorite channels. I am considering buying more Roku devices for my home.

Easy to setup on TV. All my apps are at one place now

I tried the amazon fire stick first and while they're all similar pretty much, I didn't like the remote/interface on the amazon, so I returned it and bought the Roku. I bought this more expensive model so I have the option to hard wire it into my network rather than just wifi, although on wifi it rarely ever lags to be honest. overall I love it and will likely buy another for my other TV(s). oh, I also like this model vs the cheaper Roku's because the remote is wifi so you don't have to point it at the unit like the others with standard IR remotes.
