We are loving the Roku Premiere+. We especially like the Xfinity app that is currently in beta. It is nice to be able to watch DVR'd shows in the bedroom. However, I am concerned over the charge Comcast will bill once the beta is over.

We have the ROKU stick on another TV, and it works well. But this one works even better. Easy setup, and fast speed make it a pleasure to use.

Couldn't be happier saving $150 a month over direct TV. The free content has more than enough options. Also subscribe to Netflix and youtube red.

Excellent picture and many viewing choices. I can stream my cable channels in high definition without having to rent equipment to decode them.

The unit was not too expensive, is small and compact, easy to use/navigate, fast, and works great! It was recommended by one of your sales persons.

great roku. i ended up getting streaming stick plus, which was same price as this one over black friday. tried both. this one has private listening earphone jack but no tv power and volume control. but worked pretty much the same.

I bought this for an older TV that didn't have internet access. So now I can watch Netflix in the den. Also, Comcast has a Roku Channel now, in beta, so I can watch cable tv in another room without getting another Comcast box. Yay!

great device for streaming various content. easy to use and delivers what it promises. would like to see cnbc offered as a live channel

The Roku Premiere+ is the best tool a cord cutter could have. It was easy for me to setup but I also have an older Roku model. I like that you can wear earphones and listen to your program without disturbing others. 2 Thumbs up.

Using this wirh my smart TV. Convenient and easy to stream from Mobile. Better than smart TV's inbuilt app. Happy with the purchase.

No problem with the unit I bought but the two week free trial I was suppose to get with purchase has not arrived in the form of an email as promised. I've had to call twice and do a chat and still no email with my free trial.

I’m a loyal roku consumer , I have 5 devices. The one thing I hate is, if you don’t use the app for awhile the software will log you out and you have to go through the setup process again. The setup process for roku SUCKS!!!!! It really sucks. My Apple TV doesn’t have this issue so I know it’s possible to avoid.

We have three Roku devices in our house and get great performance from them all. Easy set-up and management of apps.

Roku is great we like it the quality of the picture and it is easy to use . We are planning to buy the second one for the other room.

My Roku premier plus player worked great in 4k quality until the first software update yesterday. Chatted with Roku support & they just wouldn't provide the support that was due for spending almost $100 for a 4k streaming device that now only works in 1080p 3 weeks ago since the software update. I did initiate the update which i now regret. I typed back & forth with Roku support after over an hour with 2 different reps. So far no replacement. Though the battle will continue. Besides the 4k glitch. The device is flawless. Before the update the 4k viewing was phenomenal. Thats the reason i still gave 4 stars out of 5. I would return it to Best Buy though i bought it more than 2 weeks ago & less than 30 days ago

Roku products have been very good to me. The only problem I have with them is that the company often abandons them from software updates. This can force you to buy a new product, even when the older ond works just fine.
