I don't care to be locked into limited optons with Apple tV and Amazon video and that is the beauty of Roku. It is an independent option that allows me to view what I want. My Logitech Harmony has no problem controlling the device. Even though I bought this because it can do 4K, I am not sold on streaming 4K at this time. I still prefer physica media as that is really the only way to get the quality video and atmos sound.

I like my Rokus. Especially with the Spectrum app that allows me to stream my cable without renting boxes. Best part is that there is no Apple proprietary issues with this.

I bought the Roku to run the Spectrum TV app on the grandchildren's television. They can also cast to it from their Kindle. The setup was simple and it works as expected.

I like this better than Apple TV, cause it is faster and has a better quality viewing reception.

This Roku is easy to navigate and integrates smoothly with my Xfinity wireless network. Some of the streaming services are a joke, who wants to stream commercials...yuck! But the better streaming services are really nice to use on the Ruku- Premier + (Netflix-HBOgo-Amazon etc.) Strangely I can't stop watching "FAIL ARMY" on Pluto TV (free streaming tv) You wont be disappointed with this streaming media player.

Great picture , quick changes and selection . I prefer this new remote over the roku 3 remote .

Easy to set up and use. The RF remote control is great improvement over previous remote.

We are loving our Roku!! Should have done this years ago...love not paying that monthly cable bill! So nice to watch Netflix, YouTube and everything else Roku offers!!

Had for 4 months now. Had a few glitches along the way, but overall a very good device that is helping me save about 70 a month compared to cable. I have hulu live, which also has buffering problems at times, but can’t beat it for the price.

Bought this on a black Friday special and a great buy. I also have a Roku Ultra and love it too. This one does not control the TV, but for half the price a great buy.

I had a Roku 1 and it wouldn't play Sling TV that I just signed up for. So I bought Roku premiere and I didn't realize it would be so much faster scrolling thru apps

It's alright. I actually find the FireTV 4K version better. I only bought this so I can watch Spectrum TV so I don't need another receiver.

Was having issues with buffering on other devices. Roku connects with my internet well and I have no buffering or lagging issues since the purchase while streaming.

I get almost everything I watched on cable and I'm saving at least $50 per month. I even lowered my internet speed (I was not actually getting the higher speed anyway) . The picture is great and sound quality is great! I highly recommend.

OK, so here I buy a really expensive Samsung 65 inch television that is "a smart TV". Fast-forward two years and Samsung no longer supports the apps installed on the TV. So now my smart TV is a dumb TV. Thank God there are devices like Roku or AppleTV. I will say I am an avid Apple user but Apple TV does not support VUDU which is why I selected the Roku. Very Sharp picture...so easy to use. We have it for the international channels on Slide.

I bought this for my dad for Christmas for his big screen TV and he's hooked on all Netflix and amazon prime shows and movies. great for TVs that aren't smart tvs.

Easy to set up. Processor is a lot faster than the older Rokus. Able to stream UHD feeds.

Not my first Roku. Love the device. My only disappointment is that I was supposed to receive a free 14 day Sling trial by email. Never received the email after several contacts with Best Buy support. I would recommend the device though.

This Roku is great. We upgraded to this model after we bought our 4K tv. The user interface is great, including the controls through the app. Much better than the interface that came with the smart tv which drove us crazy. Highly recommend Roku, it has all the major streaming services, including those that our tv didn’t, such as sling. The remote is handy too but we mostly use our phones.
