Cord cutting novice

Been using Netflix and the like thru my smart TV and found that's what my kids preferred. If you are not a channel surfer, I would recommend Roku. Got this device plus a Roku stick for the main TV. The stick is not as good as the Premiere +. I get a clear stream through the Premiere + even though it's connected to the TV furthest away from my router. I'm 54 and my no means a techie but the setup is as simple as can be.

Easy to use

I love that I don't have this big huge box sitting around wasting space. You can even hide it behind the tv, the remote still works! Register on the Roku website before plugging in, it will sync once you do. Then, you can also use your phone as a remote, look for channels, follow shows and movies.

Roku player works as substitute for TWC cable box

This channel lets me view all of the cable channels I receive with the Time Warner cable box. It makes watching cable TV channels in rooms without the cable box ever so much more convenient. In addition, there are many other channels to use. The system is easy to install and has never failed. Woth the money!

Love my Roku

As a Sling TV subscriber paired with my Roku it is easy to watch the items I want with out having an expensive monthly cable bill. Roku is easy to navigate and connection is super easy. Another nice thing with Roku is you can take it with you if you are traveling or staying away from home.
