Had the Roku 3 previously and upgraded to this one for 4k support. Far faster than the one I had previously and content looks good! This model doesn't support the gaming features but I do not use my Roku for those tasks. Easy to set up, and even easier if you are upgrading from a previous model.

The premiere+ Roku is fast and easy to set up. Highly recommend this product! I bought this streaming device to watch HBO Now and to catch up on Game of thrones and couldn't be happier with my Roku! There are free apps which is great too! Super fast with a dual processor and 4K viewing.

I purchased this to stream TV with my Playstation Vue subscription. The UI is not the best (no TV guide like the Amazon UI) but the headphone jack was the deal breaker for me. It might seem ridiculous to sit in front of a TV in silence but it actually comes in very handy for the family.

I purchased this system for a tv I watch on a limited basis. It allowes me to watch the news when I am getting ready in the morning. I would buy it again.

Use Xfinity stream application to watch live tv. The roku is the only one with the application.

I read many reviews on Best Buy and blogs before purchasing. Took others suggestions to create a Roku account before setting up the device...very easy directions to follow on screen. I added Sling TV subscription and so far so good. Excellent picture quality (purchased a 4K HDMI cable separate)

I had this for a couple of months after I bought it. It was working fantastically at first, as I expected from a product from Roku. However, after a recent update, it would not connect to the internet. I was able to connect to the router and local network, but it would not get all the way to the internet. Suggestions on various forums from the Roku site and other third-party sites included resetting the modem and changing the settings on there, but if all of my other devices work just fine, how come this didn't work? Ironically enough, I have a Roku Stick and that one works just fine even after it was updated. So here's the verdict: If you're able to connect to the internet with this device, it works as great as expected. The selection of channels available to install is nice, but you'd have to go searching to find the ones you like and install them on your own. It doesn't work right out of the box like some of its other competitors. But it's a high quality product and until they fix whatever this issue is with connecting to the internet, I'd recommend going for an Amazon Fire device instead.

Great product. Well worth the money. Hopefully the cable companies can scam someone besides me!

My original roku version 1 finally went kaput. The hardware could no longer keep up with the software. I thought it would be great time to upgrade to a newer model. We have an apple tv in one room and our new roku in the other. They are each unique in their own ways, but IMO both do the same thing. This roku is a great product for the price. Plenty of bang for the buck. Easy to use interface.

The roku is way better then the amazon fire stick it has way more apps and you can do way more

This unit was and upgrade and I love the 4K option with this unit . The price was great $50 .

The Roku was out of the box, hooked up and running within 10 minutes. I have had to send a few minutes more signing into all the streaming apps I use.

I bought this Roku Premier Plus to replace my Roku 2 only to update technology features. I am a big fan of Roku products. I also have two Roku streaming sticks which I use almost daily. This Premier Plus was very easy to set up and very easy to use. The streaming quality is excellent.

No problems with installation or delivering as expected, still using live tv with cable for best selection, but can't beat free tv and shows on ROKU.
