It's a little pricey but I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for when you buy a Rowenta product. The iron is a little heavier than less expensive models, but you get excellent steam, a large water reservoir, and quality construction. Plus, you are recommended to use tap water rather than distilled, so it'll save you a bit of money in the long run!

My sister has been trying to get me to buy a Rowenta for years. I've been hesitating because I thought an iron is an iron. I finally decided to spend the extra money this time and have found that it was money well spent. Huge difference! Self cleaning means no more rusty colored water coming out on my white jeans. And the steam is extremely strong taking out the most difficult of wrinkles and creases. The pointed front allows it to press into the tiniest of areas. I will buy this brand again.

Heats quickly, does great job removing wrinkles, large amount of steam really helps. I wish cord retracted into body of iron, like my last Rowenta

This is my second Rowenta - love these irons. Best ones out there. I do a lot of ironing and having a smooth, wonderful iron makes my job easy and fun. Totally recommend this one - five stars!

you get what you pay for. this has been the best iron we have bought. worth the price. I like the stainless bottom plate with all the steam holes. good weight, easy to work with.

I sew and iron a lot so I have to replace my Rowenta iron about every 2-4 years. This is my sixth Rowenta of similar model type. It's as good as the other Rowentas I've had--simply the best iron and cuts ironing time by almost half (compared to the other irons I've owned).

Love it. Very easy to move around. Love how the iron automatically turns off ehen it's in an upright position. Easy to carry around. Haven't had to take any shirts to the drycleaners after this purchase.

Heats up quickly; has very good steam; not too heavy; glides nicely; spraying water has a good spread. I would highly recommend this iron.

This was a gift for someone to replace their very old inexpensive iron that needed to retire. They confirmed that this iron is wonderful, they needed an iron that got hot enough to set T-shirt transfers and this iron gets to the perfect temp they told me. When the time comes for me to replace my own iron, I would definitely buy this model for myself.

Good iron and gets really hot. Needs a larger water reservoir if you are doing a lot of steam ironing on high heat. The amount of steam produced is great but runs through the small water supply fairly quicly

Though pricy, I really appreciate the quality and functionality of this product. I owned and operated literally dozens of irons, and the Rowenta Professional is by far the best in all relevant categories. It isn't cheap, but if what you're looking for is top performance: except nothing less.

I own this iron so when my daughter was getting married she had this on her registry. The iron is substantial without feeling heavy, steams great and flushes mineral build up with the self cleaning setting.

Heats up quickly, requiring little effort in having it iron your clothes. Not to heavy for using it for a half hour to iron everyone at once it not a problem. Is very powerful.
