Excellent microwave. Overall appearance is perfect in combination with the range. Performs as expected. Great value fir the price but is not part of the SmartThings app.

The microwave is great. The installation was frustrating. I am going to tell a secret I wish I knew. The flimsy cheap paper template was of no use because it kept tearing. About 3 hours of frustration later, I thought of an idea. I took a dollar store white foam board and taped what was left of the template and cut the shape out. I then used this board to line up and drill the holes. I really wished we had this idea sooner because we had it up in under a half hour. Do your self a favor and go buy a foam board from the dollar store...

Item was very nice looking and performed great. Was concerned about purchasing the stainless steel model because of a possible mismatch to other appliances. But, in the end it was perfect.

Replaced the Samsung 2012 with this model. I loveeee this microwave. Inside is beautiful with blue interior and white speckles. Super easy to keep clean. No fingerprints. I love the sensor feature that it has for popcorn.

I was happy that this microwave fit the mounting bracket for my old GE microwave making installation easier. The unit works like it should and I am happy with that. The keypad takes some getting use to, if there is not a light shining directly on it then it is very hard to read. There is no outline on the individual keys and sometimes I press where I think the center of the key should be and nothing happens (especially those that have multiple lines of text). I have to search the proper place to press.

We have limited space in our kitchen for a microwave and this has been great how it minimize the space with all the great features. Has dimming lights and 2 fans for the smoke when cooking. I also love how it auto opens as it makes it feels a lot more premium! One of the things that I love about different microwaves is the inside as many don't seeing to pay attention. But Whirlpool did.

I'm the kind of person that'll compare every brand against each other before making a purchase. This microwave was the perfect choice and that saying so after owning it for almost two months. We use it daily and it is perfect. It heats perfectly and has a large turntable. If I had to complain about anything, I would say that the vent fan is a little noisy but we can live with that. The build-in light has two settings which makes it perfect if using it for a night light, too. Would definitely purchase again.

We bought this microwave less than a year ago and the handle to open it broke this morning… the microwave itself works well but this is just strange. You’d think that the piece the needs to be the sturdiest part (and is necessary to open the thing) would last a little longer. Makes me a little worried about how the rest of the parts will hold up

I needed a Microwave so I bought this one because Samsung is a great brand and it’s a trustworthy company. Can’t complain and the price is just right. I’ve bought other products from Samsung and they turn out excellent. Do recommend.
