    We loved this refridgertor but when it was delivered one door wouldn't open as we had a full wall on that side so it had to be returned.

    Had the fridge for about 6 months now.. still love it. Particularly like that the kids can open the first door and grab drinks without letting all the cool air out. I noticed a drop in out electricity bill after this purchase as well... is definitely more efficient then our last. I only have one complaint.. and that is the ice dispenser seems like it takes forever to dispense ice... but that isn't a deal breaker for us.

    Dual evaporators and separate temperature indicators for the freezer and refrigerator is nice to have. Being able to grab items through the door is a nice feature. Well laid out space with excellent led lighting, Much easier to access items than with my old over and under unit. Hope this one last longer than my Whirlpool unit did (6 yrs only). So far I am very satisfied with it.

    Great concept of door in door but fingerprints are noticeable. The drawers don't open very far for easy retrieval of items. Also the shelves are not made for taller items-not a lot of options for changing shelf height. . Those items have to go on door for sure. Otherwise -it works

    It's very easy to change the temperature and ice settings right on the door and I love the LED lighting inside. being able to open the outer door has me storing my most used products on the door storage racks and I hardly ever have to open it further to reach inside for an item. The shelves are spacious and the freezer works great. I love having the 2 drawers in my freezer which help me organize my products easily.

    It is nice and I love the door in door feature. The first one I received had several issues but Best Buy fixes it immediately with a brand new one at no cost to me and now everything is great. I’m truly thankful! Keep the manual and extra filters handy

    My LG refrigerator was extremely loud and died after only 4 years. The door in a door on the Samsung has much better shelves that are accessible from either side. I read a review that said the Ice maker was loud. The ice maker and the compressor in the fridge that I have is not loud at all. The front panel displays the actual temperature inside the freezer and the fridge.

    Granted, I've only had this fridge for a few weeks so it's hard to speak for its longevity. But, so far, this is the best fridge I've ever owned. Lots of room and the cooling doors rock. Plus love that the air isn't circulated from fridge to freezer. I highly recommend.

    After comparison shopping at four different major appliance stores and looking at more than a dozen mfrs I liked the options/price point of this Samsung the best. After six weeks of ownership I can only say that I am happier with this fridge than I hoped I would be. This thing works great and has a ton of cool design features that I didn't realize would make a difference. But they do. A happiness difference.

    Love the showcase door, makes it convenient when most of the time we're opening the fridge it's for things in the door. My only negative review is the shelf spacing, you have to use the top shelf for anything tall like a 2 litter soda or 2 gal. pitcher of good ol beer. I love it!!!

    the food showcase is great for the kids they can open it and grab their juices throughout the day without opening the entire fridge and letting the cold air out. Like that the freezer side has actual shelves instead of baskets. Wish it was fingerprint resistance
