Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is my second Samsung dishwasher. This model does not perform as well as the older one, the tub and door stay wet after the wash cycle. Also, the dishwasher is a lot louder than the older model.

Great dishwasher! Gets our dishes way cleaner than our last one! Great price too!

Totally misrepresented. This was not open box excellent. They had to clean the front so I could verify no damage. The drain hose was crushed in several places. No manual, no packing material at all. Water inside. Looked used. Insulation looked used and torn up. I pulled up the order and we reviewed the “open box condition” with the employees and questioned if it was the right one. It was. Wasted my gas on an hour drive up and back. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $75.

Do not recommend. The dishwasher is constantly on the fritz. At least once or twice a week it doesn't drain, despite keeping all the drain pathways and float sensor free from debris. The door is also quite flimsy and the top panel buttons impossible to see under the lip of a counter. Dishes never really seem to come out clean and there is an awful stink despite cleaning it frequently. The racks are also poorly designed so loading dishes is very inefficient.

Great quiet washer unit. Cleans very well. Easy for any family member to operate.

Works great, havnt had a dishwasher in years and definitely enjoying this one. Cleans well, a bit noisy but nothing of serious concern. Would recommend.

Very nice looking dishwasher, works great and Samsung is a very good brand. We're happy with our purchase.

It cleans well (so we are keeping it and not returning it) but it doesn't dry well at all. Not even with the Heat dry feature on. I see no difference between cycles where I use the feature and when I don't. If you want your dishes dry, this isn't the product for you. If you don't mind towel drying everything, this is a great little dishwasher with a spacious interior.

works great. wish it had a dryer only option that would be 5 star

For the price it works very well and cleans well. Very clean lines and has good racks.

This is the worst dishwasher I had. It takes too long to wash dishes and even then, dishes come out with food still stuck to them, But even worse than that, after only 2.5 years of use by a family of 4 people, the part of the upper rack rusted and fell off ! It never happened to me before and all reps at Samsung are very good at politely ignoring you and insisting that it is a normal occurrence. I had used Whirlpool dishwashers in the past and they never had a single part rusted on them. What a shame! So, may be, Samsung should stick to making phones, or wait they are failing at that too! When will they start listening to their customers?

Works as great as it looks! Bought with the set and they really have made our kitchen look modern

Very pleased with the dishwasher and the install. The guys were very professional and did a great job. very clean also. I'd give this install a 10

They come out hot, dry and clean. Couldnt more satisfied and installation included with purchase of plan.

Cleans the dishes well. Only downfall is the heated dry option doesn't actually dry the dishes.

Works great as expected.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has most desirable features except no countdown clock which my other model had. Plus it's hard to see which cycle is running with the lights on the top inside of door! Good price and quiet.

Replaced a Frigidaire dishwasher that Inonly had for a few years. This one works great and cleans so much better. I like that it has a sanitize cycle.

It works as advertised. The installation was excellent. The Techs did a great job and got rid of the old one and the trash.

This dishwasher is great. It was easy to install and setup. I would recommend this dishwasher.
