As so many others (wish I had read the reviews when buying) my ice maker just freezes over... and a hairdryer to remove the ice is the only working option - just switching the ice maker off doesn't do the trick. And 2 weeks later, bring out the hair dryer again, rinse and repeat.

I love the flex zone and having the ability to convert the freezer in fridge and vice vera. My big grip has to do with the water dispenser. It shoots the water back and to the left instead of straight down. I found a forum that indicates that this has been an issue with Samsung refrigerators back to 2016 (start of the thread). Samsung moderators are offering no help on this issue, and based on feedback from members, technicians that came out say it is by design. If you're used to other ice/water dispensers, just be ready for this little quirk.

I absolutely love this fridge! I had been watching it for a long time but thought it only came with the tablet option. We had 3 standard fridges running to hold all our fridge and freezer items and we were able to condense down to just this one. We have 6 ppl in our house so we did end up purchasing a stand up freezer so we could use the flex zone for extra water an fridge storage and still be able to stock up on freezer items as needed. It also looks amazing and adds a nice touch to the kitchen.

Love the black stainless color. It is more fingerprint resistant then the regular SS. I am not really impressed with the insulation. I guess there is a reason the step up model with the triple insinuation is $600 more. The milk in the door doesn't seem to be 34 degrees which is the lowest temp setting. Not big on the shelves not moving without a great deal of effort. Also NOT a fan of the ice maker. It makes plenty of ice and dispenses it fine regularly but if you want crushed which is my preference, it does a poor job crushing it and it seems to take forever. The 3rd fridge zone is nice. All in all I would probably suggest you drop the additional $600 for the better insulated one.

Only reason not 5 is I need to have it longer. Love the flex door!! Very quiet and huge interior. Only thing so far I am disappointed with is that only the upper right door is magnetic! Much better deal than the more expensive version with Door-in-Door. Get this one.

We are very happy with the fridge. Although it’s not fingerprint resistant, it is very easy to maintain and prints are not visible right away. It’s very Spacious. We particularly love the freezer as it keeps things much more organized than in other types of freezers. The flex zone is also a very nice feature. We are currently using ours as a wine cooler.

Love my new refrigerator. So far it is the best refrigerator I have owed. Love the room and ease of accessing everything. The extra flex space on the bottom is one of the best features. Love having no protruding handles and the clean look. Have only owned it for two weeks - hope this refrigerator will outlast the last one and there won't be any issues.

Concerning Best Buy.... the first delivery attempt, refrigerator was dented. No one called to let us know another frig was arriving a week later. I took it upon myself to call and discovered a scheduled delivery. Fortunately we were home that day. The Best Buy team that delivered and installed were extremely professional and meticulous. Now, on to the refrigerator.... After having the Samsung for 2 weeks I can say we are totally satisfied with this purchase. 28 cu ft is quite enough space especially with the FlexZone. The Samsung is very quiet, though occasionally you can hear the icemaker dropping a piece or two. I find myself checking to see if the refrig is even on sometimes....yes its that quiet! The refrig and FlexZone temp are dead spot on.Ive had no problems thus far with ice maker or dripping as some have. The stainless exterior does tend to fingerprint a little but Orange Pledge easily takes care of that with a few wipes. Overall this is a wonderful new addition to our kitchen and we think it is a great selection. Definitely recommend!

Plenty of room and well lit. I wish the ice bin held more ice. It also seems to be a bit frosted when it comes out of the icemaker. I use the Flex zone as another refrigerator.

The refrigerator has great design and has maximized the space and shelving capacity for easy accessibility. Performance is also great. The only draw back i experienced since installed and used it for 2 months was the door sometimes don't close properly and does not have a louder door alarm to alert,. We had the freezer door not close compeletly twice causing condensation and ice formation. May be i need to call the customer service to find a way to make the door recoil to shut properly

Refrigerator is roomy and the 4 doors are great. I love the flex door. The only negative is that it does not work well with tall condiment containers but that can be avoided. Ice machine works great and the front panel controller is easy to use. Capacity is really good.

Spacious refrigerator except some door shelves are extremely small and not practical for any storage. Water dispenser tube is pointed towards the door instead of straight down which causes water to spill frequently. All in all a good, large capacity refrigerator with a nice appearance. NOTE: buy the extended warranty since Samsung has experienced reliability issues and their customer service is terrible based on my past experiences with them.

Would give 4 1/2.... We had French door LG that held up 15 years. Finally fridge doors and freezer drawer would no longer stay closed. We did comparative shopping and research and found this 4 door. Great sale at Best Buy cemented the deal. Love it. Appreciate the flex zone though both lower parts are freezer now. Well placed water filter a plus. What’s the negative? Tiny in door space left side of fridge and drawer depth less than my other fridge. Adjusting to change after 1 month we are happy we got this model

I use the bottom right flex door as a fridge for my kids so i can put all their food items in there and they can get it themselves then when they are older I can switch it to a freezer. Great idea.

Great looking refrigerator. No intrusive handles sticking out. Fourth compartment can be refrigerator or freezer. Nice feature. Ultra quiet. LED lights make finding things very easy. Very pleased.

We love our new black stainless steel appliances. We got the microwave with the grill...it works wonderful. We also purchased the four door refrigerator...love the way it can switch from freezer to refrigerator. The dishwasher is absolutely quiet!!! We purchased the waterfall version. And is working perfectly...has not had the issues of earlier models. Finally, we also got the double oven,. Very nice

My fridge was delivered yesterday, and the Best Buy delivery guys did an excellent job of getting this huge beast into the house without damaging anything - Kudos to them. The installer went over the features of the unit and answered my questions as well. It is nice to have an installer who is also knows the appliance as well. Within about 90 minutes the fridge was down to it's normal temps inside. It is as quiet as can be, and I love the flex space. Finally a side by side with serving size trays for prep work and a space that can actually store enough fruits and veggies. Looking forward to many years of use.

Refrigerator was everything we expected ! Spacious and easy to set up! Love the easy to use front panel! Anxious to put fridge vs. freezer in Flex Zone to good use!

Purchased a washer-dryer and fridge. Delivery amazing! 2 gentlemen who delivered were very professional-really looked at best options to get appliances in-and completed process very carefully and quickly. Really appreciated this as I made this purchase for my NEW home. The fridge had 2 dents upon unwrapping-nothing the delivery team did-but without question-the Best Buy team put another in route-while allowing me to keep the original-exchange and return. Smooth process all the way around from Best Buy-very happy with Fridge and delivery-installation process. Makes ice quick-and has lots of space.

I wasn't sure if this design would fit our family of 6 but I didn't want a bottom French door again. I was worried about the freezer section being too small, but it's perfect for frozen meals, waffles, hot wings, ice cream, etc. You can use the other flex door for freezer usage if you want but I put all the cheeses in one and all the bacon and lunchmeats in the other. I love the lighting, the water dispenser and all the drawers. Especially having no handles makes it look very elegant! Love it !
