Customer Ratings & Reviews

This refrigerator is fantastic. It looks great and has some many different features.

So far this fridge is great...the family and I love the water dispenser and water pitcher. The screen is great, calendar, pictures. Well worth it to us.

I recently upgraded to the Samsung BESPOKE 30 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator with Family Hub in Gray Glass, and it's been an excellent decision. Samsung has really improved on the last generation in meaningful ways. The water dispenser is much better—more responsive and better designed. The built-in water carafe is a standout feature—super convenient for quickly filling up or keeping flavored water chilled and ready. One of my favorite parts is the Family Hub tablet on the door. It’s incredibly useful. I love using it to show photos, stream Spotify, set timers, and consult Alexa. It’s also great for staying informed about what’s going on with the fridge—like what’s inside, if anything needs replacing, and more. It's a real hub for the kitchen. The gray glass BESPOKE panels are beautiful and make the fridge feel like a modern centerpiece rather than just another appliance. Definitely recommend—if you're looking for a stylish, smart, and highly functional refrigerator, this is it.

This refrigerator is everything.... from fast icemaker of two different size cubes, automatic water pitcher refill to size, space, notifications semt right tonyour phone, seeimg who is at your front door (ring devices) amazon capabilty everything in one spot. Not to mention Samsungs incentive program which gives you a credit in the amount of replacing your door panels or you can opt to use it to shop other Samsung items. Its like i got two fridges. Or i could have got the bespoke microwave. Nice!

We’ve had this refrigerator for a month and we love it! Everything is working, size is much bigger than our old fridge, and the fridge looks great in out kitchen.

Amazing refrigerator that does much more than refrigerate via the many avaliable apps! Also adds visual style to the kitchen!

We haved used this fridge for about a month. This is a very nice fridge. It is quite and it looks nice. The door opening took a while to get use to, but now it's not bad at all. I like the big and small nice cubes it makes. The beverage door opening with the pitcher of water is very nice. I like cold water on the spot. The screen is also a nice feature to let us see the calendar, weather, and music while cooking in the kitchen.

Great buy. Looks good. More then enough space. Water pitcher is one of the best features along with family hub.

Love the frig size and panel. It syncs with tv but cuts out. I haven’t synced photos yet but I like the abilities if I want too. Toddlers love the white board. That saves me cooking and knowing they are right there with me.

I love this refrigerator. I love the features and how it blends in perfectly in my kitchen

Great product for our kitchen. Easy to great and outstanding features.

Great features of family hub. Ample Space and Gorgeous looking Refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator. It has so much space. The freezer is amazing. It fits way more than I thought. The things you can do on it, listen to music, watch tv, add pictures, draw, leave notes. Pretty cool refrigerator and very pleased with it. Great buy, would highly recommend!

BEST refrigerator ever. I love the water dispenser and the pitcher that automatically refills itself. The interior is very spacious. The freezer is huge with 2 ice makers!! The ice makers make 2 sizes of ice cubes. What's not to love about that? It is very quiet, no loud humming compressor. I definitely made a good purchase! the glass on the exterior doors are beautiful.

Love the refrigerator. It’s very spacious. It looks very slick.

The best frig I never knew I needed! It connects to WiFi and the possibilities are endless. I have music while cooking, it recommends dinner options, have tv and shows while in kitchen, tells me my groceries I need, I always have a full pitcher of ice cold water! I really can’t say enough about how awesome this frig is. It can do so much more!

Great, roomy fridge, with many cool features. I think what my family loves the best is the beverage center, where the water pitcher fills up automatically, and you can infuse it with lemon, cucumber, etc. Plus, the ice maker produces two different kinds of ice. I love it for pulling up recipes on the family hub, as well as playing Spotify while I cook. Highly recommended!
