I have heard horror stories about front loaders so when my washer went out I was actually looking for a top loader, but I needed something larger without the large price tag and something I could get fast. The only top loaders that was available to receive within a week were double the price and smaller so I got the front loader and made sure I could return if any problems occurred. My sister has the same front loader and loves it and so do I. Even though it wasn't needed I bought the set so I could enjoy a matching set! You have to leave the washer door open at times to help dry it out to prevent a musty smell and wipe down the ring to prevent build up, as I have heard. I do these things and have never had a smell or mildew build up in my washer.

This washing machine has several great options and has never failed at removing a tough stain. The spin cycle is quiet and removes the water without fail for those items that need to be hung after wash. Quick wash has been more thorough than our old washer at normal mode.

This Washer. Bought it with the Dryer. The settings are wonderful, cleans great, seems efficient, easy on the eyes, and reasonably quiet to an extent. Plus! the cute little song it plays at the end of a cycle. :)

I have had this washer for over a month,it's easy to use and uses very little water.It's very quiet and cleans clothes well.The spin cycle is so fast the clothes are nearly dry.

Absolutely LOVE this washer. The settings are just what I need and it's very easy to use for people who aren't used to having a front loader. The size is perfect - I was able to wash my Queen size comforter without any trouble.

I've had this washer for a month and half now and I love it. It works great and very easy to use. I love all the different functions it has. Most importantly, it is very quite. Even when it is in the spin mode. I have not had any issues with the washer. It has been performing to standards.

I love my new washer it cleans better and uses less detergent. I love the sanitize feature on it. It has way more features to use compared to my old one. I like the front load my old one was not. It cleans so much better.

I switched from an 11 year old Whirlpool to this Samsung and am very pleased. It’s quiet, handles a log of clothes and does a great job drying them (spin cycle) before they go into my Dryer - which is a gas unit. For the price, I think it is one of the best washers available

Holds huge loads. Has cool steam and self cleaning features. Good price. We've had this machine for about a month and so far the whole family is really happy with our new Samsung washing machine.

Overall I am very happy with it and think its a great value. It's very quite and easy to use. The only issue I have at this moment is it sits really low compared to my last one and is very deep. I probably should have bought the pedestals for them.

I searched online for front loading washers & dryers. I decided on: Samsung - 4.2 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Front-Loading Washer - Platinum & the similar dryer. I went to Best Buy and the salesperson was very helpful answering my questions and processing the purchases. The delivery people where very courteous and proficient with installing the washer & dryer quickly. The Samsung front loading washer & dryer wash my laundry very well, more effectively than my older Kenmore ones.

Public, this machine is definitely a good washer. ..Samsung has done a good job building these machines; features, style, cost are what allowed to chose this particular unit. I most definitely recommend this unit....why spend ridiculous money for any other. Good Luck....JC

After doing a lot of research, we settled for this washer for our new home. It's energy efficient, super quiet and has lots of options for lightly to heavily soiled clothes. It's great for families with children and the steam option is perfect for refreshing anything from work shirts to household fabrics like curtains.

It's been great. I use very small amounts of detergent, make the proper selections and my clothes come out spotless. I just moved to this area about four months ago and have been using a laundramat. Was starting to despair of how my clothes weren't getting as clean as they used to. But one time through my new washer and they're all clean again. Like the brown that was building up on the seems of my faded jeans is all clean again it's a great washer. I highly recommend it.

Easy to operate, self explaining display. Great results. Never had such a clean laundry before! Love the quick program everything gets nice and clean in about 30 minutes. Make sure you use a detergent that is for h&e washers.

So far so good. I haven't had any problems, though I haven't had them too long. I guess time will tell but my overall service with our local Best Buy was great! They are both not as loud as the others and have performed according to how they promised.

The Samsung washer is good. I had a slight problem initially getting it to stop dancing during spin cycle. I did everything else, even added some pads to the legs. However, I later realized that I did not completely remove all the packing bolts/screws at the back. I removed 2 out of 3, since the 3rd one was not in the way. I guess that was enough to affect the balance. Once I removed the 3rd one, it stopped dancing and it's been working excellently well since then.

We needed to conserve water for our aging septic system. This is helping tremendously. Runs very quietly. Our clothes are getting cleaner than I thought possible.

This is a very large capacity washing machine and very easy to operate. Having a custom cycle is a great option as well. The only thing I would prefer would be to have full control of temperatures and spin cycles when using the regular settings.
