Impressive spin to clear water, overall very quiet except for very heavy cloth such as curtains. Cleans well, doesn't use too much soap.

I ordered my new Samsung washer online. Many people have said to me that they could not order something so large without seeing it in person. I compared the prices and features plus reading owner's reviews, and felt very comfortable with this purchase. Also got Best Buy's Geek Squad warranty. My previous washer was only 5 years old when there was a power surge that took it out. Don't want to have to buy another in the next 5 years.

For me, the biggest adjustment has been going from a top loader to a front loader. I find that the wash load does not distribute itself as evenly as my previous top loader and it sounds like the machine is going to put a hole in the wall/floor when it's out of balance...but maybe I just don't have the hang of this yet. Overall, it's a nice looking set (I have the gas dryer too) and I have been pleased with the performance (two small kids, a husband, and a dog makes for a lot of laundry so we've definitely put it to task early on).

both washer and dryer are working good and are quiet and very efficient. I am happy with the laundry pair--no complaints so far

I really love my new front loading washing machine. Not only is it very energy efficient but easy to use with just enough wash choices without being overwhelming. I like the modern look to it. My wash comes out so much cleaner than my top loader. My water bill should go down significantly. Definitely would recommend.

This is an impressive washer. Far superior to our other unit which was a top loader. This handles larger loads and runs much quiter.

I shopped around and visited various appliance stores, and found Best Buy to have the best prices. I replaced a 7 yr old LG front loader, and this machine so far has been great! One thing I would like to point out, is that it does not have a light inside the tub, which my LG did. It is nice to be able to see when that rogue sock is stuck to the tub all the way in the back.

The Samsung washer was fantastic. Got clothes amazingly clean, has a wide variety of easy-to-use features that make choosing the right cycle simple. We even behaved like folks from a commercial, holding up whites and gushing about how white they were. Then, less than three weeks in, the front seal popped off, leaving the restraining spring cascading around the drum. Spent the better part of several days with Best Buy and Samsung on the line getting Samsung to schedule a repair that still hasn't occurred. Hoping for a good outcome, but very disappointed that it had a failure so early in.

This is so nice the cycles make all the clothes come out so nice. It’s so quite compared to my other machine.

Replaced 12 year ol GE washer. Compared to that, the Samsung uses less water, much less noisy, holds larger loads, and clothes come out really nice and clean. The control panel and the buttons are not necessarily the best, but it works and hope it lasts. It's not the top of the line, but it's good value for what it costs. I am looking forward to seeing the longevity.

Easy to operate. Only took a few minutes to figure it out. Quiet. Lots of washing with a minimum of glug glug swoosh swoosh.

My Maytag Neptune bit the dust after 16 years. This machine is twice the capacity, quiet and very efficient. Our clothes are much cleaner. Love the steam cycles, especially the sani cycle. Typical loads are less than 60 minutes. We've had the machine for 6 weeks and so far so good. We wash approximately 10 loads per week.

I've been happy with my purchase so far. A few notes: The unit has been difficult to balance, but I expect all front load washers are this way now. Also, wish that I would have purchased the installation. The washer is heavy and difficult to maneuver and then putting it on top of the pedestal makes it worse. I wish the instructions would have indicated that the washer should be on the left of the dryer for optimal loading and unloading. The song at the end of each load is a nice touch.

This is an excellent washer with lots of features at an great price. Brighter brights and whiter whites.

It's a great washer and seems a lot more efficient than my old one and very quiet. I like all the features on it as well.

Can hold double the load that my previous top load could and still clean great. Can also wash all bedding in one load.

This washer is very quiet and easy to use. The price is alright. This washer gets most of the ordinary stains off clothes.

this washer was an excellent purchase. It has cut back on the quantity of loads, amount of detergent needed per load (even at larger loads) and runs more efficiently that my prior unit. It is quiet and handles heavy loads very well. I have had this unit for about 8 months now and couldn't be happier.
