This is my first front loading washer and dryer system. It's absolutely amazing. I've used front loaders before, and after a little time, they all look cheap, knobs are loose, etc. With the electronic display, this system always maintains an elegant, super-lux quality look. System is easy to operate and the choices are amazing.

i was a worried about spending too much money washer but it paid off itself it looks amazing and works good

Great quality washer and good design. loaded with options and has very easy and intuitive interface. Bottom line I never seen my close any cleaner and fresher.

This washer is very easy to use and performance is great.

You have to love the screen. It makes it so simple to choose and customize the programs. Still planning to read the doc, but it's so intuitive not sure I will... I'm sure the music that plays when the cycle is done can be configured or turned off, that;s really the only thing I don't like :-)

Look this unit cleans, is very quiet, uses very little energy and is touch screen.

Even though the loads take a long timeot is definately worth it.

I bought the washer and dryer as a set. They work great. It saved me a ton on my water and electric bill. Very impressed. The steam cycle works great. Gets out those deep stains.

Excellent for bedding, saves time on not having to do multiple loads because of the huge capacity. Very user friendly, time is accurate, does not remove stains to my expectations.

have only had this for a couple weeks but so far so good! I love the steam cleaning and especially the wrinkle away. Size is great for my king comforter too!

One of the best washing machines I have ever purchased Very quite and smooth while doing the wash. Multiple cycles allow you the flexibility to doing different types of washes without have to do any programming. Well worth the purchase

I've had this washer for a couple of months and it works great. The hand wash cycle works well for delicates and it even reminds me when I need to run the pure cycle to clean out dirt buildup. Haven't found a need to try out the wifi and smart phone compatibility. It is a little louder than I'd like, but not too bad. Can hear it in the next room, but not across the house.

This thing will take the biggest load you can give it and handle it with ease. My ex-washer always complained when I gave it a huge load. That's why I dumped it for this load queen. Sometimes I just sit and watch after i put a huge load in it.

We haven't had it long, but the washer does a great job on really dirty clothes

Great washer. It has lots of cycles to choose fromfrom. The touchscreen screen is really a cool feature if you like technology. The WIFI is not that effective but for me not an issue as I don't really have a need to start the washer remotely nor a need to monitor remotely.

This is a great washing machine it got off balance once with a large load but overall it it works extremely well....

Love it! I would recommend this product! It is super quiet and so far, so good. I haven't tried controlling it from my phone yet, but a great feature.

If having a repairman come out every 6 months is what you're looking for, then this is the product for you! Unfortunately setting aside time for repeated repairs for the same thing is not my idea of fun. The brain unit in these things is not real world functional and unfortunately Samsung couldn't get their act together with it.

An expensive washer but great performance. Wash times are shorter than my previous LG washer and clothes come out cleaner and dryer, thus shortening dryer time significantly. Works great with my smart phone.

I set this up in my garage and didn't even level it . I ran a small load to test and it works great ! I still can't believe it spins so fast and it's quiet and no vibration . Amazing ! I sure hope it lasts .
