I like the overall functionality of the product.I haven't used it that much yet but so far the product does a good job.

We're working with Best Buy's Geek Squad to figure out why the detergent compartment is sometimes filling with water. I do love the washer though!

Very happy with the purchase and pleased with the amount of functions available. I struggle to apply the wi-fi phone app usage to a real world scenario; however the technology is interesting.

Has every cycle I could ever think of, including a cleaning cycle every 40 washes. I have been using this washer every day since delivery and haven't found anything I don't like.

This washer is great. it does everything that we wanted to and then more. We find out new things about it all the time

The washer has many features for variety of laundry loads. The machine also removes stains efficiently!

My son's socks would get stuck in the rubber part of the front. Get a top loader instead, also the rubber would start smelling bad when the steam feature was done.

Very good investment. Washer does a grear job and is quiet.

I paid alot of money for it 1300.00 plus, for vibration free! It still has more vibration than I think it should.

Lots of different load configurations and seem to work well, but more then I need. This washer seems to clean a lot better then my previous (20 year old) top loader, but cycles can be extremely long. (e.g., I had one set to heavy with some prewash and steam settings, and it took something like 2.5 hours.) I just purchased this washer a month ago, so no idea how well it will hold up over time. If I get something close to the Maytag that lasted 20 years, I will be very happy. One issue that I knew about with front loaders is that water will pool in door seal, I usually wipe it out and leave the door cracked, and have had no issues with mold/smell. Looks like they placed drains in the present model that removes a majority of the water, evidently earlier configurations were worse.

My clothes have never felt cleaner! I highly recommend this washer. It holds all our jeans and cleans them with no problems. The only worry I have is the slight water build up on the door seal after each load. I always have to wipe it up. Other than that I enjoy this washer and will be sticking with Samsung!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this washer. My water bill went down $50! I only wish it had a bigger capacity. I have tested out the wi fi on my Samsung Galaxy S II Android cell phone and sometimes I can't get a connection to the washer. We lost power during a storm while the washer was running and when the electric came back on 10 hours later it picked up where it left off and I didn't have to touch anything. I love the power spray jets, Power Foam Technology and the quick wash cycle of 25 minutes. I have had this washer for about 6 weeks now and still loving it. I leave the door open to air out and have had no moldy problems or smelly odors that people often complain about. I use Tide Pods and when the kids do laundry they pop them in and find their individual cycles and start the washer. My older son in is FFA and this washer is amazing on the baby cycle with his barn stained clothes.

This washer is great and has enough space for our king size comforters and then some. However, I recommend you get the geek squad protection as these are more delicate than old appliances. Mine gave me an error as soon as 2-3 months in. Something about a valve getting clogged up. Geek Squad protection took care of everything within 4 days (weekend).

I love this washer, has cut down my laundry time by the load capacity. Nice tone when cycle is complete. No problem with mildew or bad smells like my last front load washer. Touch screen is easy to use, just home the computer board lasts. Was a little worried about buying first generation but so far the washer has been super. I am not as pleased with the dryer however, will review that one separately.

I owed a Samsung front loading washer before and it did not make as much noise as this new one. The wash cycle is great but the spin cycle always spins out of balance creating loud pounding sounds. Only when the load is balanced does it run perfectly. To me seems like a defect, I can't believe that Samsung would create a product that claims to be quiet and not noticeable. Trust me when it spins you will notice it. : (

Two Thumbs up. Washes effeciently (very quick), easy to use and very quiet.

I have had this washer for about a year. My husband is tired of having to constantly get on his hands and knees to clean the filter. He also has had to use the shop vac to get rid of all the extra water before cleaning the clogged filter otherwise water spills all over the floor. My husband says it is poor design that is the problem. Considering all the posts on the Internet about this issue, then it sounds like my husband is correct. Come on Samsung fix this issue permanently!!!
