    Bought this tv for my second bedroom where there’s a game console and it’s just not great quality. The letters look fuzzy, I had to return the tv.

    Just bought the TV and hooked it up, it won’t connect to the internet therefore it isn’t a smart TV, so back it goes. Very Upset. I had my modem reset more than once by myself and the cable company. I called Samsung and that was a joke, very disappointed in them. I’ve always loved Samsung TVs but I might look at a different brand for this small room after this.

    I did not know when i bought it that I was buying a downgraded model, it does not support the smart remote and it freezes from time to time.

    Bargain set is not a Bargain

    Does not live up to expectations. Bedroom set. I went up from a 38" set to this 43" bargain set that I bought on Black Friday. Great price at about 279. But almost all the color washes out at a very narrow viewing angle from center. From slight side, people almost look gray. It is actually hard to watch. Thinking about a donation to Salvation Army!

    I bought this Samsung to replace the Samsung I had that quit. I had to take it back because the sound would quit working. Made mistake of getting another of the same series. Had to take it back. The same problem with sound. I purchased a Vizio the third time which ended up being a charm....wonderful picture and sound. Found out my cousin bought the same series of Samsung and has the same problem with the sound.

    Easy to set up and get going with smart features, but it became apparent almost immediately the speakers give off a buzzing anytime sound is made. Hopefully exchanging for a non defective one on my next day off.

    At first it was ok but after 2 weeks of use, the speakers start making a weird noise, Returned and got a bigger size.

    Great picture but the smart part isn’t so smart. Frequent memory errors require the tv to be unplugged to reset. Very inconvenient. I added an extension cord so I don’t have to keep reaching behind it to unplug/replug. It’s an older model but I certainly wouldn’t buy it again.

    Tv died 3 months after purchase. Samsung has a standard 1 year warranty. They put a new motherboard in it (took them 4 weeks). Then a month later the motherboard died again. The customer support manager told me they just changed the policy to do refunds for these TVs because Samsung was paying more to replace the motherboards than it would be to just refund. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to receive the refund, no estimate on the time... I wish I had never purchased this model.

    Just past one year after purchase with very minimal use and it is having major software glitches. I have tried everything from resetting to factory defaults...it keeps doing the same thing. Within seconds of making a channel or app choice it will divert you back to the Amazon prime app repeatedly. Then if you choose anything on prime, it will stop in less than a minute and go back to the main prime screen again. I’m sooooo disgusted!!! I loved it for one year, now I’m ready to throw it out the window. Not only this one is malfunctioning, I purchased a 55 inch Toshiba fire close to the same time I bought this one for another room. IT IS MALFUNCTIONING AS WELL!!!! Never will I purchase this brand again. I can’t even express the level of disgust I am feeling right now!!!!!
