First, I bought a new television for the TV room thinking I'd update my old TV. I 60s and low 70s don't know how I lived without this TV before because I now have bought new TVs for every single room in the house and got rid of the expensive boxes from the cable company. I live stream whatever I want when I want it.

My purchase of a Samsung - 43” Class Q7F Series QLED 4K UHD SamsungVision AI Smart Tizen TV (2025) is a perfect fit to my room. The picture is great sound is wonderful and the associate was knowledgeable to help me with this purchase. I will shop again at this fabulous store as I always have for all my needs. Thank you!

This was my first time purchasing a smart TV and I think I made the right decision. It was easy to assemble the legs and the television itself is very light. The colors are bold and bright for my casual gaming and video streaming needs. I bought a 43 inch version but it is perfect for my bedroom. Ordering online and using Best Buy’s curbside pickup was a breeze. You can’t go wrong with a Samsung TV.

Bought 55" and 43" Samsung at same time. Both are high quality. I received technical help when I was there to research and buy. Good pricing. No pressure to buy. Found both slightly cheaper elsewhere but went back to buy from BestBuy because of great customer service.

The tv works great. I like the Tizen software and the coldcolor looks great. Videogames look good and the automatic recognition of gaming systems is a nice touch. It only loses 1 star due to color dilution when viewing tv from a deep angle or from the side.

Cusromer service gets 10 stars!!! Ken ( I think was his name) was super helpful finding us what we were looking for.

I love the fact that I could purchase the Ultra Roku & have it set up by Best Buy. It is so much easier to use than the Google application that it comes with it. The color is exceptionally good.
