Really surprised!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this because I had never had one and I’ve had most of the mid year and up TVs from the top five manufacturers. I just love TV and I love playing with them. I kind of stayed away because I never heard heard good things about the picture quality with The Frame. I’m actually really surprised and I love this TV. I have the current flagship Sony OLED and the flagship from LG OLED. Now this is neither one of those however, it has really amazing picture quality when you’re in just regular TV mode. I really don’t know why it gets hit hard for that. I’m pretty familiar with how TVs look and how they compare and I find this very comparable to any midge TV from any manufacturer. The setting to display art is really cool. I ended up putting it in my kitchen on the wall and I love it. It is just wonderful to have so many different pictures to look at every three minutes to every hour however you have it set. I absolutely recommend this. Even if you’re using it as a combination of an art display and a TV it still works really well for both. I think most people would be very satisfied with the picture quality.

Samsung Should Replace This TV, Not Keep Repairing
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond unacceptable. We purchased a Samsung Frame TV from Best Buy less than 8 months ago, and the TV is already completely dead. What makes this even more frustrating is that this TV has barely been used. This is in a second home that we’ve only lived in for maybe 3 of those 8 months, and the TV was rarely even turned on. This is essentially a brand new television that failed almost immediately. The real nightmare has been Samsung’s warranty process. We spent a long time troubleshooting on the phone with Samsung support with no resolution. Then we waited days for a technician to come out. The technician checked the TV and said another part needed to be ordered. We then waited another week for a second visit, only for the next technician to STILL not be able to fix the TV. Now Samsung wants to take the TV to a warehouse for more repairs. This is absolutely ridiculous for a premium television at this price point. At what point does Samsung acknowledge the TV is defective and simply replace it? Instead, customers are expected to sit through weeks of delays, multiple service appointments, and endless inconvenience over a TV that is practically brand new. The entire reason many people buy The Frame is because it’s marketed as a premium luxury product. Our experience has been the complete opposite. Premium price, terrible reliability, and even worse customer service. A TV under a year old with almost no usage should not completely fail like this, and customers should not have to jump through hoops for weeks just to maybe get it repaired. 1 star, and honestly that’s generous.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Vsry happy with this TV. The art mode looks great and guests were fooled at first. Blends well in a living room entertainment space. Suprisingly good picture and sound also for such an asthetic piece. Easy setup with directions.

Pretty Good So Far
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good! I live in a small 413 sq. ft. condo and needed something to replace my Samsung projector that died after just a year. Since I also wanted to add artwork to the space where the TV would go, this was the perfect solution. The TV sits pretty flush against the wall, with only a small clear cord coming out of the bottom (I plan to have it hidden in the wall soon). The box that powers the TV is a bit large, but worth it for the setup. The picture quality is solid—not the very best compared to other TVs at this price point—but it works perfectly for my needs. The art display is beautiful, and I subscribed so I can change the artwork every day. Overall, I definitely recommend this TV!

Pretty good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a bad TV but I have been having issues such as turning the TV on and it does nothing but blink the red light on the bottom, I usually have to press the power button on the remote 2-3 times before getting it started , other than that works great, nice features

Interesting TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv for my daughter as a move in present and she loves it! I had not heard of the Samsung frame line until she mentioned it. The interesting thing is what it can do when you’re NOT watching a tv show. It displays various paintings and becomes a piece of art that blends into any wall art collection. The included wall mount allows the tv to lay flat and they even sell magnetic wood look pieces to cover the black edge of the tv. Yes, a very interesting concept.

Samsung Frame TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Art mode was neat. It was the reason I bought the TV. Otherwise I probably would have gone with the OLED. I did disconnect the TV from the power for a moment after I set it up. After that, I was having a hard time getting it to go back into art mode. The other downside to art mode is you are limited to art you can view if you do not subscribe to the $50 annual membership. The TV has a frame feature for any image you want to view in art mode, but when you start a slideshow, each image will not go into the frame you want unless you individually save those settings for every single image. The ultra slim wall mount that the TV comes with is clean. It also has easy leveling mechanism after you hang it up which is convenient.

Fantastic TV That Doubles as Decor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the Samsung Frame 50" TV, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Mounting it on the wall was surprisingly easy—Samsung’s slim-fit mount design makes the TV sit nearly flush against the wall, giving it a clean, modern look that really does resemble framed artwork. The picture quality is excellent. Colors are vibrant, details are crisp, and whether I'm watching movies, sports, or streaming shows, everything looks incredibly sharp. The Art Mode is a great bonus—it genuinely blends into the room, and guests often don’t realize they’re looking at a TV. Using the TV is also very straightforward. The interface is intuitive, the remote is simple, and switching between apps or inputs is quick and hassle-free. Overall, the Samsung Frame 50" has been a great addition to my home—beautiful design, great picture, and easy to use from start to finish.

Love it
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the 1st “nice” tv I’ve purchased. Normally I would never spend so much on one and I prefer smaller ones that don’t ruin the aesthetic of my living room. So when I found out about these, I had to have one. Coming from picking from just the cheapest tv’s I can find to having a Samsung is an extreme upgrade and I didn’t expect to love it as much as I do. The only thing I don’t like about them is how silly and convoluted it is to pick which art you like and want displayed. So many times I’ve picked which art I like, then I press the sleep button to display the art and it will chose at random another piece. Changing the settings for it is also unnecessarily complicated.
