I purchased this TV as a replacement for an 8 year old Sharp TV that I wanted to to move to the guest room. I needed a TV no larger than 50' with a pedestal stand and Bluetooth connectivity to headphones and this unfortunately was my only choice unless I wanted to move up to even more expensive OLED which Best Buy doesn't seem to stock in the 48 inch model The TV allows me to pair (not easily) my Bowers and Wilkens PX7 headphones and allows me to connect to the headphones but only stays connected to them for about 2 seconds? Talk about frustrating. I have not found a picture calibration yet that even matches my 8 year old HD TV. The TV makes you sign up for a Samsung account if you want to use different apps than the ones that came with the TV but won't let you delete the unwanted apps that came with the TV creating unnecessary clutter on the home screen. I have a 3 year old Samsung TV that works differently and allows you to delete apps. On a positive note the WiFi seems to be working fine. I have 30 days to figure this out or Best Buy is going to get an open box item for sure and I now will be watching TV in the guest room.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung 50”Q80T TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your TV’s picture. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
Please know that you can customize the Smart Hub by removing apps from or adding apps to the home screen. You can also rearrange apps to your liking.
Simply select an app, press, and hold the Enter key. You’ll see a popup menu with options to move or remove it.
