The picture is sharp the sound is very good. I like the way it cuts on and off with the little line across the screen so I don’t think I’ll buy anything else but Samsung. I’m in love with Samsung like the product I never had a problem with them so I just continue to buy Samsung got one more to buy to put on my Falcons screened in porch, with a 65 inch from Best Buy.

SAMSUNG 55” UHD 4K- The Best Smart TV ever….

I was able to unbox and install all parts alone and this possible because of the leaflets provided. The TV itself is so nice and HD. I can now enjoy watching Netflix and K-Drama in High definition but energy-efficient.

Superior color and video playback. Sound is consistent with the majority of LED thin tvs...mediocre at best. Bluetooth speakers or soundbar highly recommended. Amazing tv at an equally amazing price!

I bought this Tv, and was not let down . I am 20 years young & when I unboxed this Tv I knew then my grandad was telling the truth. I asked for a 55’ , taking it out the box and it actually looks like a 60’ 65’ is what got me ! You would not be let down ! I also can connect my actual phone & my Bluetooth speaker !

TV picture is crisp, clear and navigating with the remote is so smooth. All the apps I needed were already preloaded or easily available to download. I upgraded from a 43 inch and the size is perfect.

Good cheap tv but missing support

If you are looking at price as the first criteria and quality as the second this will suit you. Funny thing is that it does not fully support all smart apps per the Samsung website. It is able to install the Paramount plus app but it won’t stream properly. I had to purchase a Roku box for playback.

We appreciate your feedback on the CU7000 TV and are sorry that you are experiencing issues with the Paramount Plus app.
To help resolve the issue with the Paramount Plus app, I recommend running a cold reboot on your TV. There are two ways to do this:
1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
Next, I recommend ensuring the Paramount Plus app is up to date by going to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the Paramount Plus app and select "Update," if available. If the issue persists or if there is no Update available, we will try deleting and reinstalling the app. To do so, navigate to “Apps” on your Smart TV and select “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the app. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.
Then we will reinstall the app by returning to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Click on “Paramount Plus” and then select “Reinstall.”
Also, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
