WOW! The picture on this tv is amazing. My wife loves it and therefore I also love it. This tv replaced a 9 year old Samsung which finally gave up the ghost one evening. Setup was a breeze if you want to use the smart tv stuff, but a little more complicated if you just want a great tv without all the extra stuff popping up. In my humble opinion, it would be dang hard to find any better tv for the price, just saying.

The color is amazing. The setup was easy, the channels, wireless, and bluetooth all easy to do.

Good quality TV. The new smart app with the QLED TV is much nicer than the old LED model. The screen has gotten thinner. The color is well balanced. Overall very happy with the purchase. Nice sound speaker the TV it’s own has. The delivery service needs improvement. Even with detailed instructions given with a gated community, they still couldn’t deliver at the assigned time. We ended up picking it up from Best Buy ourselves…

TV is great, nice picture, brightness is perfect. The only thing is there seems to be an issue with the tv connecting to our network, we have to do a soft reset every once in a while.

When I tell you, I had some of the best customer service I’ve had in years. That would be an understatement. Great experience with customer service. Great TV. Just a communication with the person that helped me out meant more to me than anyone will ever know. It’s always a little things in life.
