I bought this tv during cyber Monday. If takes some time to get the calibrations correct but once you do the colors are amazing. I didn't like the settings from Rtings so I set the tv to my own liking. For the price I paid 1,199 it's a great value. The blacks are bettter than the Sony. However, if your sitting off angle the picture deteriorates. Would recommend!!

What can I say about this TV that hasn't already been said? The picture is awesome right out of the box, the set up is a breeze, the 4K is gorgeous, the remote is simple and awesome (once you understand the concept) and the menu's are extremely user friendly. I love it, the best tv I've ever owned

I love this TV. The picture is incredible and the smart features are so easy to use. Direct connections to Netflix, Amazon And YouTube are awesome. It also has a connection to Vudu so you can stream your digital movies on demand. The remote even magically​ controls my Comcast DVR and my Sony 4k Blu Ray. I would but this TV again and again if I needed another.

REPLACED A 55" WITH THIS TV HAS A VERY SHARP AND CLEAR PICTURE, EASY SET UP. WISH THE POWER CHORD WAS A LITTLE LONGER, EXCELLANT BUY

I bought this TV after returning a Sony that was a complete dud. I read a number of reviews both on Best Buy's site and a few other sites and everything said buy it! And they where right! LOVE THIS TV!!! It has an awesome picture and was very simple to setup. The Smart TV function has been great to work with and the streaming is seamless! Highly recommend!

I’m in love with this tv. The picture looks amazing and I love how the exterior is silver. Very easy to use and download apps.

This is the third smart TV I have ever owned, and it is by far the best. We all know how far picture quality has come and just how clear and robust the images on the 4K Tvs are, that is a given. For me it is all about the user interface and Smart Remote functionality. For those that are tech savvy, you know your biggest challenge when it comes to TVs and all of your peripherals, is to be able to have those non tech savvy users in your house be able to control all of your devices WITH ONE REMOTE! My wife loves the interface, it is intuitive. No longer am I summoned with a phone call saying..."I cannot get the volume to work from our soundbar" or "Why won't the Xbox work". Even better yet, my 5 year old son can pull up Nextflix in an instant, without any help and put on his favorite new Skylanders show! We have a UVerse TV Box, Xbox One, and Bose Soundbar all connected to this TV and yes we only use ONE, SLIM, SLEEK, AND EFFECTIVE REMOTE, the included Smart Remote with this TV! Bravo Samsung...you have finally made a TV that has top notch picture quality as well as a user interface worthy of our current technological times!

I purchased this TV for my living room. It is truely amazing. The colors are bright. It's thin and easy to wall mount or place on a table. The control is easy to use. Over all the TV is very user friendly. I researched a few TVs before purchasing and I found this to be the best purchased... plus I got it on sale!!!

I was really looking for a 65" TV until I ran across the 60" Samsung UN60KS8000FXZA 4K Ultra HD for about $500 less then the 65's. I couldn't distinguish much difference looking at the 2 sizes side by side to warrant me to open up my wallet for another $500. I've been totally satisfied with my Samsung after coming from a Sony. Setup was so much easier then my previous Sony especially so with the Samsung smart junction box that came with it. Not being too savvay in setting up electronics of any kind, this Samsung was a breeze, for that reason alone I love my Samsung. With my previous Sony I had to enlist the help of the Geek Squad to set it up, not so with this Samsung. The TV has performed flawlessly for the month that I've had it, I am totally 125% satisfied and would buy it again. I easily give this TV a 5-Start rating for picture, sound, and ease of set-up, thank you Samsung for a great product. I also thank the Sandusky Best Buy store as they were fantastic from begining information to loading it in my car.

Hoping this TV lasts as long as my last Samsung. I was a bit concerned with how flimsy it feels coming out of the box, but this was my first flat screen. (Had a 62" DLP before). It has a beautiful picture but I can see where it could use the higher motion rating when watching sports, etc but generally a great picture. Easy to set up and the remote is great! Surprisingly user friendly for so few buttons. I can't complain for the price!

After much research I decided on this samsung over Sony or Vizio. Take any review with a grain of salt you really should see the TV in person. Buying a TV online wasn't for me, I read reviews and watched videos but seeing it in action really hooked me on it. I love the TV, the picture is stunning and the sound isn't as bad as they say. It's pretty good for just watching TV after work. I'm sure if you're looking to buy this tv you already have a theater system, so don't expect that kind of quality. The smart functions are really user friendly, this is my first smart tv my wife and i find it easy to navigate. I hope this review helps you make a decision on a tv, like with any big purchase do your research and you won't go wrong

Great picture with 1080p content (wish there was more 4K content). Nice simple remote. A little flaring of white backlighting at lower edge of display. The display is framed with a thin plastic bezel. 65-inch version does not have this plastic bezel and looks much better with the display glass going to the frame edge. Picture quality does drop off quickly when you are off-axis viewing. Good TV for the price of $1199.

This 60inch model is a great overall television. Depending on what the calibrations are when it is received or if you have to calibrate it yourself one can truly noticed how bright and colorful the picture quality is. I will say to me those two aspects are 50percent of what makes this a hit tv. Pros: *Bright *Beautiful color rendering *Game mode is accurate *Motion blur is at a bare minimum *Jidder is maybe once per film viewing Cons: *Edge light equals some small amounts of light leaking through on letter box films, good news it varies as it depends on the scenes. *Amazon app is having issues, improper aspect ratio displaying *Legs for stand have no screws meaning they might not work properly *Smart hub is average and tends to either work or not work. 50/50 Conclusion: If you do not mind getting another device to watch applications like Amazon etc this tv is worth the price as the brightness and colors are unbeatable. However, if you want a Tv that has more reliable applications and better blacks- non edge light so no bleeding lights (cons being semi darker in brightness and less color pop) a Vizio p series tv is the way to go.

I have had the KS-8000 for a week. First impression is , out of the box it doesn't have that good of a pic from any sorce. YOU HAVE TO TWEEK THE PICTURE SETTINGS, I recommend going to CNET.com and surching there for this tv review and in that review they provide a link to professional calberation . Now I do use their recommendations for Movies but for DIRECTV I like the Natural mode . Once I got it calberated the way my eyes were pleased I went to uTube and watched so 4K and it was nice but not $1200 nice so again I tweecked the picture this time going with Dynamic mode and HOLLY COW does it look freaking amazing I haven't watched any UDR Blu Rays yet but will in the days to come Great 2.1 surround sound from the 40 watt speakers. Easy for a me to set up and I consider myself above a novice but no expert. TV does a great job of up converting 720p to 1920X1080p The bad, as some pro reviews have stated, it does suffer from "bleeding" white balance. White letters against a black background is the worse I saw there t but you know, it's really wasn't a huge deal for me, no deal breaker. Over all the 8000 is worth the $1100 price point (12/16) but higher then that and I'm not to sure. If I had the extra cash I would have went with a Vizio P series. But so far I'm very happy with my choice.

I was able to purchase this TV on Black Friday and saved myself $500 off what it typically was. I replaced an existing Samsung LCD TV that had finally died. There is really no comparison to the advancements in technology that Samsung has made over the last decade. I can't say enough about the clarity of the picture. 4k viewing is top notch and the 240 rate motion makes movies and TV look like you are actually there. It's amazing the details I can make out with this as compared to the TV I replaced. SmartHub makes app viewing so easy and is very user friendly. Setup was a breeze with the guided program. It practically does everything for you. Just turn on the TV for the first time and follow the prompts and your TV will be up and running in no time.

After months of trying to decide which tv to purchase I finally decided on this one and I'm so glad I did! Fantastic picture, easy set up, great remote. wonderful sound. I didn't know I could love my TV but I do!

Got the Samsun 8000 Series last year, and just got the 65" recently - both while on sale. Awesome crisps pictures, smooth real like movements in all the fast movies and sports, and great value. Not too heavy to move and setup. Really dark black blacks like night or background - awesome movie TV.

I had no troubles getting the TV set up and running and I'm challenged in that department! The picture is great and I also love the silver border. It makes the screen appear larger.

I looked at a lot of UHD televisions at Best Buy. Decided to spend a little more and go for one with High Dynamic Range. This Samsung TV not only looks great hanging on the wall, but the picture is just fantastic; really black blacks, bright colors, and stunning clarity. The ultra thin frame with silver trim is sharp and the sound is very good. My wife loves it as much as I do. I moved up from a 10 year old Samsung that had been 100% reliable and so decided to stick with Samsung for this new TV hoping to get another 10 years of reliable service....and I bought it at a terrific sale price...thank you Best Buy!
