the tv is alright but no difference from the flat to the curve

We were not happy with this TV. Our picture kept skipping/freezing and if you sat to the side, you could not see the screen. Not good unless you are sitting directly in front of it. Due to both problems that we had, we returned it within a few days of purchasing for a full refund.

I had a great experience in purchasing this samsung tv it was a pleasure doing business with best buy. I still own this tv until this day

This is a fantastic television! It has met all our expectations with color and functionality. The picture is fantastic. Very happy with this purchase.

Tv lives up to the advertising. Picture is clear. Color is excellent. You feel as if you are actually at the scene. Looking forward to football season!

Tv had great picture initially but after 7 months it started having aberrations. I called for warranty service and Samsung refused to repair under warranty. Stated it had been damaged when there was none.

The tv is great, only have one problem sometimes the YouTube app does not open and it gives me error but besides this everything else is perfect

This TV is excellent. UHD is amazing. I was worried about it being a curve tv, but the picture looks amazing from any angle.

The TV is amazing just wish more programs could be viewed in 4K to really enjoy the experience.

Big fan of the tv. Looks good, good apps, and the extras are pretty cool. Haven't really experienced 4k yet, so hopefully that's great.

This tv is the best. I feel like i'm really in the movie or tv show. All i need now is a curved soundbar snd my homd theater is set.

Th is still working . Bought it in 2016 great HD content. I will gladly recommend it.

I have enjoyed my Samsung TV purchase to the fullest extent. The smart TV functions better than I could have ever imagined!

I was nervous about purchasing the curved screen but it turned out to be incredible. Best Buy did a good job installing it. I only gave it four stars because I wanted a how to work it guide! I'm sad it wasn't included. . .

I like the T.V. and give it 4 stars! I am a Samsung fan but I think they missed it on Price and Quality compared to others on the market. This isn't the Biggest Bang for your Buck it's overpriced about 500.00 I like the curve aspect it does deliver some in that area but for the Extra 200.00 you can save I'd go with the flat. The picture is Quality the sound is Affected by the EXTREMELY LOW Refresh rate of only 120 THIS ALONE is a HUGE Disappointment in what this TV should be delivering vs price! Right away I noticed the refresh rate at work when viewing action scenes ( you can see the TV struggling to catch up to the current HD Technologies # It is slower and "grabs" at times also the Sound does the same # lips move but the sound is BEHIND ) or the sound has an Echoing effect because the REFRESH RATE is too SLOW for the Content. I am considering taking it back I am that Disappointed with Samsung. NOW after saying all the negatives::: The T.V. Picture Quality is STUNNING it looks like the people are just outside the window, It is Clear and Vibrant and the Color is wonderful. The salesman was extra helpful and the Staff is always willing to answer any questions. I wish I would have ask about the effect of a lower refresh rate Before purchasing...that's on me! Set-up was Easy Easy Easy!
