What can I say. Samsung just makes great products!

Good performance Ultra hd tv. Sound on tv is okay.

POOR Customer Service. GEEK SQUAD gave incorrect info

My experience at the store was not good. I had to ask for help. Also 15 days after I purchased it, it went on sale. Visit the store and they told they couldn't do nothing about the price. I would never go back to best buy again.

So after 4 months on my new 65 " curved TV by Samsung goes out. ok, that happens but trying to get it repaired took two weeks and lots of run around . Oh course Best Buy does not do any warrenty work so you get to deal with someone . from Samsung who does not speak very good English or understand English. They set me up with a service company in another state and would not change it until I asked for premium support. Long story short, I won't be buying any more products from Samsung and not to impressed with Best Buys performance either.

receive TV and it was a lemon had problems from day one and going back and forth with customer service was a night mare to make this short will never buy from best buy again !!!

I purchased this television just in time for the Super Bowl and I must say that I was blown away. The sound, picture, color and clarity are second to none! The colors are very bright and crisp. One I got used to the awkward motion that are produced by the 4K, I was in heaven. The price is unmatched and the delivery and set up service, are very quick and professional. This beauty is also voice activated and has many, many more great features that I really have no time to list. If you're looking for a master piece for your game room, living room and or Man cave. Look no further!!!!!!!

Overall I am pleased with this tv. Can't complain getting a 65 inch 4K tv for $1,499. The picture is great even when you're not streaming 4K content. The 4K video is pretty darn amazing. Just sucks there isn't much for 4K content at this time. I hooked my xbox one up and was just blown away. Make sure to turn game mode on in the settings. While the sound isn't theater quality, it is better than my previous tv. The Curved design is beautiful. One big issue my wife has is it glares light pretty easily. If you have many windows in the room you may want to look at something else. The stand is great because not only is it heavy duty, but it also fits on my current tv stand. My stand is 44 inches by 15 inches in case anyone is curious. I would recommend looking up some picture settings online because the default settings aren't great. I couldn't give it a full 5 out of 5 because of some flaws. I would love to give it a 4.5 out of 5 but best buy doesn't allow that.

I bought this TV a few months back when it was on sale for 1499. It was by far the greatest purchase I ever bought. I have had all brand TV's except vizio, and Samsung is by far the best with LG right behind it. This is my second 4k TV, and I was worried about the whole curved aspect but it is great. Right after I bought the TV, the price shot back up to 2,000. So if you find this at 1499 again, you better get it quick. I also bought the curved soundbar for it. And it sounds way better than the bose system that I had. Hope this helped.

I wanted to upgrade from my Vizio 55-inch HD. After reading reviews thoroughly, I decided on the Samsung 4K curved. Setup was very easy, very "smart." Picture is outstanding. No more glare on this TV than on my Vizio. If you want home theater and surround sound, no TV's sound system can match that. But this TV has great sound, featuring many audio adjustments for movies, concerts, sports. Sophisticated yet easy to use. Unless you're an audiophile or want home theater, you won't need to buy a sound bar to hear this TV. It is plenty loud. This TV definitely will not disappoint!

So I got this for an open floor plan to see the tv in all rooms. Wish I would have just saved the money on the non curved 4K.

Picture was horrible and it stopped working in 2 days. I have always loved Samsung products but this is the worst by far.

I was expecting much more from this. Has an auto dim feature which drives you nuts until you figure it out.

I fell for the new "curve" TV when they first came out. I was told by the salesman that this was the latest and greatest. It was not. The picture is great when you view it sitting directly in front but the views from the side are horrible with the glare.

I can be able to tell who is the person in live TV it's gets blurry

This tv has a very large screen. That is the only thing that it has going for it. The processor inside is completely useless. It is very slow and occasionally will let you use the apps and Internet options like you want.

Not the best but if you wanna save money it's good product

Not what I expected for the quality of the picture

Just shy of 4 years and the TV gets that light green translucent line up the middle of the screen. The curved screen was sold to me on the primos that light glare would be minimal due to the curve... wrong it went all the way across the screen. The TV wouldn’t update even when I searched for them on the Samsung Webb page and because of this the apps didn’t work as they should. This and a new Samsung French door refrigerator, purchased at about the same time, I’ve had 4 service calls on. I’m done with Samsung unless something changes in their Quality

Had several clusters of dead pixels on the screen. Had to return to store and they were out if stock so i had to get a different tv i didnt want. It also had a bad screen.
