I did a lot of research before buying a TV for my man cave and I couldn't pass this deal up. I sit about 7 feet away (10x12 man cave) and between the quality of the picture and the curved screen I feel like I am in a movie theatre. Netflix picture quality is amazing and my cable provider, Time Warner, does not have 4k capabilities but the upscaling does wonders. I considered getting a 60" Samsung with the nano technology but it wasn't that noticeable of a difference in picture quality and this TV was only $100 more for 5 more inches. Just in time for the Super Bowl! Go ahead and pull the trigger and buy this TV!

I wanted a Samsung JU7500, but the salesman talked me into a Sony XBR65X810C. When I got the Sony home it did not look good. I returned the Sony and picked up the Samsung JU6700 because they didn't have the 7500 in stock. I wanted the 7500 because it was 120 hertz so I was sceptical of getting the 60 hertz JU6700. I couldn't be happier with my purchase plus save a few hundred bucks. TV is great for movies and sports.

I got this TV on April 14. It is the best TV I ever had with amazing features and easy to use. The picture quality 4K makes you want to invite the neighbor hood to see it. The Geek Squad took the time to train me and the two guys that did the install were the best!

Is anyone else having an issue with remote control? I actually bought 2 of these, 1 for my parents and 1 for myself. We purchased same day and picked up together at same store. I set up my parents tv at their house with no issues. We later drove to my house and I set my tv up. The only button on the remote that works is the power button. I was able to use another Samsung tv remote to complete the initial setup but would like to have the smart remote work! I tried to go online and register the tv w Samsung so I could warranty a new remote. However, the product number for US ends with "A" and when I enter the model # it defaults to "C" which is Canada. Therefore when I put in required information it says "what province do you live in", not state and its a drop down menu so no manual input. I then received an email from Samsung thanking me for my Canadian tv! I don't want to have to take the tv back to store just to get a replacement remote. Please let me know if anyone else is having an issue with remote not working directly out of box. Picture is great, would give 5 stars instead of 4 once I get the remote issue resolved. My next course of action will be a call to Samsung Cust Service, wish me luck!

I had been watching the price on this Samsung 6700 TV for a few months. And when I saw the price drop to $1499.00 The first week of December I decided it was time to buy. I can't say enough about the picture quality. My parents had a front projector curved screen in the 90's, I liked curved then so that's what I have been looking to buy now

I got my 65" Samsung curve on sale for $1499 and I am more than satisfied with the picture and ease of set up. I also purchased the Samsung sound bar and it was plug and play and mated to the tv with no set up problems. I did not feel the need to purchase the set up package from Best Buy and glad I didn't as it was an easy install.

the remote stopped working within weeks after we got the tv, not a big deal, just purchased a replacement online. But now, after owning this tv for less than two years, the screen went blank and won't come back on - and of course, it's no longer under warranty.

Read reviews, checked the specs, purchased the TV. I have had this TV for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. I'm a researcher when making major purchases and found this TV on sale over Black Friday. If you want bang for your buck, the buck stops here. Gorgeous TV resulting in many compliments from friends and family. You will be blown away by it's up scaling resulting in a tremendously clear picture. If your on the fence, jump off and buy this beast. You will not regret it!!!

TV has CLOUDING...in the black of tv.... beautiful at first, but once you really start looking at it..the picture quality is TERRIBLE. TOOK BACK TO BEST BUY and GOT A LG. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on a SAMSUNG TV

Got this TV as a open box excellent geek cert. for 1200.00 The open box prices are always below the current sale price.I think someone did a black Friday dash then reality set in.The Tv was practically new in box. My wife loves it just as much.The TV was very easy to set up with no problem.It does show a very clear and crisp picture. I put it on the wall. Be sure to get a very good HDMI cable because it make all the different in the world. I got a audio quest carbon cable.you need to get a least a cinnamon cable or above. I would have loved a vodka cable but could not afford it at the time. You will be glad you got the cable. My TV is showing thru quantum fios, will be glad when they upgrade to 4K. Very good TV.

We purchased the 65" Samsung Curved 4 K Ultra UHD and the Samsung Curved Soundbar. Had the Geek squad deliver and install everything. We are very happy with the picture. Wasn't sure about the curved initially, but we love it now, it actually brings you into the picture...Also had it wall mounted over my console, didn't want to take any chances with knocking it over accidentally. The curved looks awesome, on the wall or console. The Samsung Soundbar with sub woofer just added that extra UMPH and is so awesome... Have also subscribed to Netflix as well for added enjoyment. The picture is absolutely better than being there. It jumps right off the screen. Even regular TV is remarkable. I can see a HUGE difference in the crystal clear bright beautiful picture than what we had before. Our old TV had a 65" screen, and HD, however, it finally went bye bye after years of use....we looked at many brands, but decided this is the one for us. So far so good, I did purchase the extra warranty, just to have peace of mind. Got a great deal at my local Best Buy too. Very happy with this purchase.

Simply put, this is the best TV I've ever owned. Super picture, great sound, and beautiful design! Love the curved screen, and the 4k content is stunning!

We are very happy with this TV. 4K video quality from Netflix is amazing! Blue Ray from 4K upscaling DVD player looks great too. Regular HD programming from Verizon FIOS is totally enjoyable as well. Sound out of the box was very flat. But, after playing with sound settings (mostly equalizer) I was able to improve it a lot. Still, we decided to buy a dedicated sound bar and after some research and listening at the store settled on Bose Solo II and are very happy with that decision! Just be aware that since this TV has smart motion based remote, it is not really possible to fully control it from your cable box remote and universal remote coming with home theater. You can program TV remote though to control cable box, DVD player, and home theater (it was almost a breeze, in just a few steps it recognized all the devices), but it still might have some limitations.

Came without a remote. Now have had to do at least five hours of work to get a replacement.

It was a open box,wouldn't do that again. Was not happy with picture!!!!!!!!

First, let me say that the picture on this is amazing! This is why I'm giving this 4 stars - even though we brought it back. In the store, the curve TV looked cool and seemed to hug us, but when we had it at home we just didn't like the curve. We had it wall-mounted but it was very intrusive and the pictures on the TV were, well, curved. Straight lines are curved, everything is curved and that's why we returned it - even after trying to get used to it for a couple of weeks. If you don't have a problem with that, then this TV is for you!

Originally purchased the 65 inch Sony X10C but was very disappointed with the extreme light bleeding that the unit had. Exchanged it for the curved Samsung and couldn't be happier! Great picture right out of the box, no light bleed at all. Hands down one of the best entry level 4K TVs that you can buy...

I bought this tv for my boyfriend and he fell in love with it once he picked it up. Some of the functions that he loved was that the TV would be technically on but you are able to turn off the screen (he likes to fall asleep to the sound of the tv). The TV remote is able to work pretty much like a Wii remote. Then, of course, the picture and sound quality of the 4k tv is amazing/crisp. The only complaint that he had about this was the software (Smarthub).

The unit was easy to install as it is quite light. Setup was a snap. Reading all the options available helped too. I will install to the wall in the near future. One bummer is that Best Buy had no 4k material to playback. I'm starting to see titles on line that state mastered in 4k. I'm waiting for the filmed in 4k discs. That and DTV has told me they are working on getting the programming out to us the customers come December. All in all a great television.

I purchased this tv right before the superbowl last week, the tv was easy to set-up. The picture is incredible. Love the 4K quality.
