We love this TV and have had it for 3 months now with no issues. Half the time I don't even remember that it's curved and enjoyed the $100 savings compared to the same television that wasn't curved!

I wanted a large TV to watch movies on, this TV was the answer. It has all the features that I wanted. I can't wait until football season to be able to watch the games.

This tv is great. I've had it for a year now and never had any problems with it. A great center piece in my living room, get compliments on it, plus a great picture.

Was looking for a new TV. The 55" Sharp I had was over 8 years old. Began doing research on the the modern offerings. I knew that I wanted 60" inches, I wanted a smart TV, and I wanted to keep prices down. At the time I was aware of a number of, "good deals" that were offered in time for the Super Bowl. This seems to be one of them. The reviews I saw outside of BB were mixed. There was mention of cheap poorer quality TV on sale targeting Super Bowl buyers. This specific model seemed to be above those. From my findings I was paying less for LED over OLED and a slower refresh rate. For me I was willing to take a hit with picture quality and refresh. I have been more than pleased with the performance of this unit. Yes, when I go to the showroom I see pictures that are brighter with colors that are more vivid. Because of the older TV experience refresh is much better than I had. All around I think that bang for the buck you can't do much better.

I have zero complains from the following product, I was impress with the smart compatible functions of the system. Being able to play videos from my phone or computer is as easy as doing it on your own smartphone. The colors are great, and it adjusts depending on the system (blu-ray or PS4) hook up to it. I highly recommend it to anybody who is not 100% sure of this large screen tv. In the beginning I was uncertain, but some of the reviews led me to but this one instead, I'm very glad I did. This is most definitely an early Christmas for me. Thank you best buy.

This TV has great sound and display. Love the smart hub where I can get onto Netflix and other apps.

Amazing TV especially for the price we paid. We caught it on sale and we are in love with the picture and quality of this!

I would have thought that a 65 in TV would have been too big for our Family room, but it fits in nicely.

This TV has a picture quality that's not as good as the Samsung 50" LED I replaced. It does NOT upscale anything anywhere near 4K, in fact the picture is blurred in most instances, the writing at the bottom of the screen on a movie was not readable. The remote worked for about an hour and now all it does is change channel, or turn TV on and off. We can't access smart hub, menu, or settings, so can't get to anywhere to change settings to try to improve image. We do not like the curved screen either. It bounces reflected light from one side of the screen to the other. The curved screen is terrible on both sides near the frame the image is a flaired, blurred mess. I absolutely would NOT recommend anything about this TV.

To get this brand new "smart" TV to connect to the web, I had to download a 1.5GB file to my home computer (2 1/2 hours) from Samsung.com, copy to a flash drive, connect the flash drive to the TV and then download. It worked after that. Why don't they keep some basic software available at all times in the TV to connect to the web and then allow the updates to come in? No excuse for a brand new TV right out of the box.

Great picture quality. Sports mode works great with video games and blu-rays.

I've had this tv for the last couple days and noticed that the upper corners are dimmed on certain screens. I haven't been overly impressed with the picture either. I'll swap it out with a different one today. Curved didn't do much for me either.

Wont be disappointed at all. Samsung hit a home run with this set.

I wish the internet browser built into the TV worked more consistently, and that when it did work that it would work faster. It's plugged directly into the modem, so connectivity should be ideal. Videos within websites don't work. There has always been an irregular mottled glare on the screen (more visible during daylight hours). I like the TV but probably bought UHDTV too early. Prices have gone way down in the past 10 months since purchase.

This has great picture quality. Many functions available. Still getting to know all my options,but Enjoying my new Samsung-great product.

I have purchased an open box tV from them which said the base stand was missing and ordered the stand for extra cost from bestbuy parts store. I get a call from the warehouse on the day my tv is to be delivered that he remote and power cord are missing. i had to make a second visit and tell them the issue and the manager gives me all in one remote and a cheap power cord from the store. I insisted on getting the Samsung remote and power cord . he obliged later and ordered them at no extra cost. Later I realize that there is one more part missing is that the guide stand that fixes along with the base stand and make a visit to the store again to get this resolved. They order the part and is to be delivered to them 10-12 business days. Finally the part arrives after few followups and they say the part is not the same part that is required for the TV. Here again I fell into the issue of not having the TV connected for 20 days following for each and every part of the TV was missing. I had to waste my time on following for each part First the Base stand then remote & power cord and then the guide stand. The original open box just said the BASE STAND was only the missing item. I had to deal with almost for 20 days and finally they cannot do anything but to wait for 10 more business days for the actual guide stand part to arrive. My experience was really bad and was frustrated to know that they cant do anything. I had to return the whole sale .

The curve is not a benefit. Glare is terrible. Room must be dark or you see everything. Samsung has a great product but nit the curve.
