    I got this tv last summer and it is just stunning. The 4k visuals are just amazing and now that Netflixx and Amazon Prime Video cater to some 4k content makes the purchase even more worthwhile.

    Love this tv and its resolution. Oh cannot tell you're watching a curved tv it's truly amazing. It doesn't get very loud sound wise but all in all its a good tv.

    Work good for 36 days

    Everything work great for about 36 days and then the top 1/3 of the screen turned to a darker shade then the bottom 2/3. Call support and they said they could send a tech out for 99.95 to look at it. Then if it can be fixed or if it can not be I would get a new one under the factory one year warranty. I guess I'm done shopping at Best buy for anything.

    The Samsung TV I bought said 120 hertz but in fact the panel is a 60 hertz. Poor fast motion

    My wife gave me this TV as a birthday present to watch the Super Bowl. Image is good. Curve feature does not improve anything to the image, it's just cosmetic. You may notice a lot of reflection during the day. After a week of using it the image goes off and on. I tried different HDMI cables, hooked a different TV to the cable box and it worked perfectly. I am returning this TV today.

    Prominent light bleed

    Bought this set on sale just before they started rolling out the 2016 models. Loved everything about it...except the light bleeding in a V shape up from the bottom of the panel. To be fair, I don't think this was typical of the model. I think I just got a bad set. Ended up returning it and picking up the 65ju7500. FAR nicer set for the extra money.

    I bought a 65" curve tv a year ago. I haven't used it much because we were really busy. On April 18th, I found out that my screen was broken. I have no idea what was going on. I chatted with samsung customer service, and I got the reference number. However, I haven't received anything from them. I called Bestbuy customer service the next day, and they got me connect to Samsung. One of the customer representatives told me to sent pictures of my broken tv. I sent twice, but they said they haven't received any email from me. I have called 3 times, and checked my sent mail box carefully to make sure that email could go through. After a long wait, i finally connected to them, and they said they would send someone to my house to look at it. The next day, they came to my house and took some pictures. He said that my TV was broken because of the physical damage. I haven't had any children?????? He said he needed a permission to fix my TV, but he thought Samsung would not take care of the screen because of the physical damage. He said if Samsung have not contacted to me until Monday, so that means Samsung refused to fix my TV. I asked him how much it would cost? He said a price would be as same as the original price of that TV. I haven't given any news from them. I was so disappointed. Now, I bought a new 65" Sony TV. So far so good. I have given Samsung for one shot because I have used Sony most of my time. However, Samsung lost my faith on them. I am happy with my purchased. Sony Bravia is the best choice. Never go back to Samsung.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BB RESPONSE!!!

    I have been a best buy Elite Plus customer for many many years and spent tens of thousands in their stores. This is the first time Ive felt the need to complain. On 4/23/2016, I purchased this 4k Samsung TV. Unfortunately, the picture on anything but 4k content looked HORRIBLE. After days of tweaking with settings and a remote login session with Samsung directly, the tv image quality issue could not be resolved. I placed 3 calls to the best buy in Union Square NY, where I purchased the TV and was unable to get through to a live person. I spent a total of 2.5 hours on hold. I then place a call to 888.best-buy. where I was finally able to speak to a rep, explain my issue only to be transferred somewhere else where I remained on hold for so long I hung up. Out of frustration, I paid someone to pick me and the TV up and returned it. This store has some Major customer service issues that really need to be addressed. Ive never experienced such frustration from BB before. As of 5/10, Ive yet to be contacted by BB to address what I went through. I think we should be able to rate BB stores and BB response to our issues as well as their products.

    Poor 4k Quality

    I bought this T.v after seeing it in store and reading the reviews. The in store demo mode looks great. Don't be fooled the t.v says it upscales anything from Full HD to gorgeous 4k it's lying. The t.v was struggling to produce 4k. it has MULTIPLE PIXEL NOISE that shows on the screen. Makes the t.v look very grainy. I called samsung to see if it could have been a settings issue. They told me no. the t.v doest really upscale to 4k. It Produces UHD Colors. Returning this t.v for a Real 4k t.v if your looking for something that actually upscales image i recommend another brand.
