Love all the different setting. Lots of space to dry large loads, blankets and bedding. Very quiet!

Dryer is spacious and dries so evenly. It's so quiet, and fast.

So, I'm not a fan of high-tech washers/dryers. This one has more bells and whistles than anyone needs, and some don't work very well (The "Steam-refresh" option leaves items wet, for example), but you can fit a boatload of clothes (and comforters) in it. I had seen the no-chime button on the floor model and really expected/hoped that I could turn off the end-of-cycle alert, but it apparently doesn't work on this model. And, the part that's hardest to figure out is the timer. It changes mid-cycle, I guess depending on how much more, less time is needed to dry the load. So, you see 45 min on the timer and plan to fold then, but it may have added another 10 min,. Lesson? Don't make folding plans and, if necessary, use the wrinkle removal option later. All in all, it's better than the dinosaur that it replaced.

Very quiet and works great. Easily moveable, very user friendly

This Samsung dryer works as expected. But why I deducted a star is, I was forced to buy a new vent kit before installation. But did they install it? No. They gave an excuse saying the vent kit they suggested is too small for installation and they do not have a lengthy one in stock. So without that I cannot use the steam drying facility. Else it works as expected.

Have owned this for over 2 years and it has worked quite well. Not without noise but does the job. Very reliable and the one time it needed service, it was actually a misunderstanding of how it works -- so it actually needed no service. Easy to use and very good capacity. Only has trouble with very heavy items (like a comforter).

We wanted an HE that wasn’t a front loader. This washer has plenty of space and very energy efficient. And it’s easy to use.

Love the steam feature for wrinkled clothes. My clothes come out dry and refreshed!

My dryer is one quiet giant. So much space and it gets everything dried in record time. Love that it matches my washer.

This is the best dryer that I have, efficiency and perfect temperature when you open the door to take out the clothes.

A 12 yrs old whirlpool dryer died and after researching, this was the next best alternative. The only drawback is that I was forced to purchase additional connectors that I did not need. Customers should not be forced to purchase additional components when the install team could use existing connections that is in excellent condition and meet their standard.

Best dryer I have ever owned. Easy to use and looks great. Dried king size comforter with out a problem!

Purchased this along with the matching washer. Great size for plenty of clothes. The steam setting is also a cool function - been using it for dress shirts and sweaters. It doesn't dry like the old school driers, but it also doesn't melt the synthetics like the old drier did.

I love this dryer. It’s big enough to dry my cal king bedding and also has steam for wrinkle removal. Wonderful dryer and great price.

I've had this for about a month now and it's an awesome Dryer, I still haven't tried all the features but it works well!!! There was one time the "sensor" time went way longer than it should and the dryer ran for roughly 2 hours.... clothes were definitely dry. But I am happy with my purchase :)

This dryer is everything I was looking for. It's ease of operation and features are amazing.

I think this dryer is amazing especially for large items like bedding. I really like the steam features. the only drawback I have found is that the drum scratches easily. I dried several loads of laundry the first week and the drum is already scratched. Zipping and turning items like jeans and jackets inside out did not prevent.

The washer and dryer are very efficient and easy to use and would recommend it to a friend
