I have been so frustrated by this entire process! I ordered our fridge in February we received it on May 14th minus the top panels and my $150 in gift cards I received with purchase were canceled so that was a slew of phone calls to sort out itself. Then today I thought the top panels were arriving but turns out it’s only 1. Lucky for me the nice tech that was on his way said he would just combine the appointments and come with both panels next week. Here’s to hoping they arrive as I’m really over making phone calls. I spoke to a very sweet lady named Dawn with customer service. I feel like I’ve earned a $400 gift card after having all the issues I’ve had to deal with. It’s been pretty disappointing.

It’s been a great moment to get help from Best Buy even though there was a little glitch.

Love this system!!! I got white because I couldn't change the color on the top where the computer screen is. Otherwise I would have gotten the light blue

the instillation was good and no damage was done when being delivered

Im still missing one door glass sinse april and i was suppose to get it in August and now they are telling me will arrive at the end of November

Color match was spot on with existing panels. I’m glad we chose this color.

I love it!!!! It’s beautiful! It makes ice very slowly… it’s hard to close. Well u have to push it closed. It accidentally gets left open a little bit a lot. It does have alarm that beeps when it’s left open so that’s way cool.

So far so good. This is just the panel for the fridge but the color is awesome. Love the option to customize. I do suggest having a micro fiber towel handy to clean the fingerprints off. And no harsh chemicals being used to clean since these are glass.

I liked the look of the orange glass panel on the fridge which is easy to clean. I got tired of trying to find products to clean my stainless steel refrigerator which left marks on it. This color gives it a nice pop of color. Eventhough, the color is bright; it may not go with all types of kitchens but the color has to do with how it makes you feel. I like it a lot.

The panel has a great look, better than stainless steel. I had to order the fridge with stainless steel panels and wait for the install of these. I’m still waiting on the last one, right side panel and I’ve had 4 dates for that. They keep having issues getting it from Samsun for some reason. That explains the 4 star and not the 5. It’s very annoying keep getting delays.

Good looking but be prepared for the finger prints issue.

Easy to install and looks great. Adds some color into the kitchen that normally doesn't have much choice in their appliance color. PS: Make sure you get the ones for the exact model of Refrigerator. We got some similar for the middle and bottom sections and did not fit

Nice looking panel, very elegant, stylish, easy to clean

This bespoke panel like all others are easy to install and completely change the look of your fridge. Would recommend if you like to change up your style like me.

The Samsung Bespoke Panel is very nice. The install went well. The instructions, not so great. But I was able to figure out how to install from the images on the instructions (and Youtube).
