It seems I have a gift for misplacing the traditional plug-in charger. This item is a bit bigger and sits in a permanent location at home. Simply place the phone on it and look for a blue light on the side. That means it is charging. The light turns green when the phone is fully charged.

This product is as I have come to expect from Samsung products. It works great with our Samsung Galaxy S8, Note 8, and Galaxy S6. Best of all this special edition, which is exactly like the normal wireless charger, except with blue rubber accenta, was 50% less than the original. Love it!

The device still needs to be plugged into a wall outlet or a USB jack to power up. It charges pretty quick and worked on my previous S6, but at normal speeds. I like the ability to grab my phone and not be tethered or have to plug it in and out as I come and go. The one quirk is it is pretty fussy on exact placement of the phone for charging. Just make sure you get the "charging" confirmation, and then don't move the phone and you'll be good. That was the reason I knocked off 1 star. Buy when on sale, I got mine free with my new phone.

Love it. It charges my phone very fast and easily through my Otterbox Defender and the Otterbox Commuter cases. Only thing I would change is the ability to turn off the light on the unit.

They're not kidding when they say this is a fast charger. Sure it's slower than a plugged in charger, but from my experience, the difference is only 20 minutes. If they made a pad big enough for two devices, that'd be much better.

I originally had one that came free as a promotion when I got my new phone, but it was black and my phone is white. I like things to match. However, I could have my phone on it all night and sometimes it wouldn't be charged. I went to Best Buy and was shown this better model, in white. That's why I bought this fast charging model. I have no complaints, it charges my phone pretty quick, it's handy to be able to just put your phone on it, no cord to get out. I leave the charger plugged in all the time. I will say the sales person told me that you can charge the charger, then take it outside and use it, your not always by an outlet, wrong information! The charger has to be plugged in.

The charger works perfectly, charges faster than a 5W charger and slightly slower than a 15W charger plugged into the phone, but you don't have to plug it in anymore. Blue light indicates it's charging and when it changes to green, it's full, flashing blue means charging has been interrupted, most likely the phone isn't centered over the coil. Just a heads up, this will work through most cases, as long as there is no metal to interfere with the magnetic coil, I had a small flat metal plate on the back of my case for the mount in the car, it had to be removed, so I have to find a different car mount, not that big a deal, but something to be aware of.

Overall, I love the ability to set my phone down and have it fast charge. It worked perfectly with our Samsung Galaxy S7. We recently upgraded to the Samsung Note9, and the charger still works but I noticed I have to place it in a very particular way for it to charge. My husband uses it overnight (with his Note9) and a couple times he's woken to find that it was charging when he went to sleep but it had stopped sometime overnight. Not sure if it's the phone's size, the case, or the charger itself.

I personally love the convenience of being able to wirelessly charge my new phone on this charger! While it is a little weird to need to keep the phone relatively centered, it still works perfectly and seamlessly! As long as your phone has wireless charging, this product is a great buy!

It’s really amazing how easy this charger works. Just set your QI phone on it and it begins charging. I use it for my iPhone X and it’s great. The only downside is the blue led is a bit bright in our bedroom, but not terrible.

This charger is an older charger that still uses a MicroSD port for the cable (which it comes packaged with, so no worries!), but it still fast-charges like a champ. I use mine as a secondary charger for my basement and it works just fine for that, if you do not need a "stand" (the phone lays flat on the charger). My only issue is making sure the phone is positioned on the charger to where it indicates that it is in fact charging - I have put it on off-kilter once or twice and my phone did not charge. It's workable though as my phone beeps when wireless charging is enabled. Just be careful not to bump the phone around.

I use this fast charge with my iphone X. It works great, it’s connected to my USB port on my Asus laptop and charges my phone relatively fast. My phone instantly starts charging once on the pad while I work on the computer. Samsung makes great quality products. Highly recommmed.

I have an S6 Active. The unit fast charges when it is plugged into the charger but not when it is resting on top of the plate. I still have kept it because I mostly use it when I am sleeping and don't need a fast charge.

very fast charger, works great with my Samsung phone. blue light never turns off when charging so a little bright when placed in bedroom.

It works great and it's FAST! But you MUST have the Samsung Fast Adapter for optimum charge performance(The white wall plug that came with the charging pad) If you use a cheapo aftermarket wall plug or thin USB cable, it won't charge as fast or not at all. I have the Otterbox Commuter case on my S7 and it still charges fast. I had the Otterbox Defender BUT due to the thickness of that case, the charging pad didn't charge that fast, therefor I returned the Otterbox Defender and got the Commuter case because it's thinner.

Charges my Galaxy S6 in no time flat, but just don't use any other cables except what comes with it as any variances can and will burn out the fast charge feature. Kind of pricey but it is portable and usable just about anywhere, so considering the expected life span, this is worth the price.

This is a great way to recharge your phone without using a cord. So convenient. The only thing is that you have to be mindful that you get your phone centered on the surface inorder to make proper contact for recharging.

Wireless charging is a new concept for me. When I bought my iPhone 8 Plus I was intrigued about the wireless charging for work. I love it! This product works great! I will be purchasing one shortly for home too! Samsung always has great products and this one is no exception.

I was really nervous when I gave up my charging case, but I have been really pleased with my wireless charger. I use my phone all the time, and normally need to change my phone everyday. Now, my phone is always charging when I’m home, and my phone stays charged all the time.
