Im well pleased with my Samsung A36 phone, I like the Lime colored glass back so well that I purchased a protective phone case with a clear back. I mean, when a phone looks that attractive, why hide it? I really like the camera on this phone. I can take pictures in settings that really could use more light and still make out all facial features of the people being photographed from quite a few feet away. Thats a great improement over my old 2021 phone of a different brand. I also like that this phone can help identify spam callers and will allow me to send that caller to text which a lot of spam callers refuse to talk to. Plus this phone has 128GB of storage and more RAM than my previous 2021 phone. I got a great deal on my Samsung A36. I would recommend this phone to a friend.

My experience as been a good one. Mostly due to good customer service giving detailed information on how to use the phone. Which as encouraged me to buy other products and become part of the Best Buy family. Very good camera, very good overall product. I will definitely be back and refer BestBuy to others. Thought i was upgrading from a Galaxy A14 but this A36 proved me wrong.Ph gets HOT,Freezes up while using apps over and over.Wanted to return it,i thought i had 30 days,surprise i only got 2 wks !! Picture & Screen are good but performance is bad .

Very happy with features, camera and battery life. Been with the Samsung A series for years. Always gets the job done. Great base line series for people who just need a reliable phone for day to day and work purposes.

Good phone but starts to get slow after a few months of use. This phone however is am amazing phone with a good camera and screen. It even has an under display fingerprint sensor. Overall, if you need something in this price range, I recommend it. It does have a better battery life than the base model s25, I realized.

Very good phone. doesnt rise to great, but it is a good phone that is easy to use, seems durable, and great display! Front camera can produce dynamic images. The selfie camera is so/so. Storage is excellent at 128G. but videos can fill this up fast espnon high res. so keepIng up with downloading to other storage is nevessary. disappointed that SD card slots are a thing of the past
