Display quality : 5 Design : I love this color OS: It’s my first time in a long time after being an apple user . I had very good recommendations from internet.

I did a lot of research on what phone to buy before landing on this one. I originally had an A52 that lasted me 4 years and was still going, but being phased out. I loved that phone, and decided to upgrade to this one as it was at a great price here on Best Buy. I have no regrets! It feels great, thin but high quality materials and make it feel flagship. The battery lasts and charges quickly, I have had no performance issues, and the phone runs so much smoother than my old one. Love Samsung and this phone was great. Nice camera and beautiful display as well.

I loved the Awesome Icy Blue color had to pick pieces and the camera photo output excellent. Battery life excellent.

I was so excited to finally purchase this phone and the first day of using it, it overheated got extremely hot and it sometimes displays static in the background while talking on it and it clear out of the blue sometimes drop calls and after buying the proper piece just to listen to my headphones on it and it still won't work high price phone with low quality functions....do better samsung

This phone is better than the A53 it replaced and as usual Best Buy's support and service was the best.

It's my best Samsung Galaxy ever before, I enjoyed it everyday, thank you very much.

I went in looking for a phone that would work with my insulin pump app. I presented a list of phones, and they told me which one they had available in stock. I bought the phone and left the store. When I got home, I found the phone was not compatible, and I was stuck. I could not return the phone without paying a restocking fee. It was not worth the trip or trouble. I could not get Best Buy or T-Mobile to set up the phone, so I had to figure out how to do it myself. In the meantime, I will be traveling with 2 cell phones and an insulin pump controller until I can get the phone replaced in a couple of years.
