This is a fantastic laptop. It easily matches the Snapdragon performance of the new Copilot PCs but has a tb storage. I love the OLED screen, it's as good as you can get, and the laptop is thin and light at about 3 pounds. I love the "tent" mode for playing games or when using an external keyboard. The built in fingerprint reader is great for security and works well for instant unlock. I get over 8 hours battery with this laptop, matching the GB Edge 16" model (I had them both side by side for a bit), but with playing games I get about 2 hours battery. I love the USBC charger too, makes it easy to get additional chargers for cheap without lugging around a power brick. The screen is fantastic, the keyboard is excellent, and the battery life is amazing. Great for coding, productivity, videos, and gaming. For video games: I had success with Destiny2, Hades2, Deep Rock Galactic Survivor. Some of the games I tried failed on the new AMD Strix Point chip on an ASUS Zenbook that I was comparing, while they ran like a champ on this laptop. I wish the RAM and SSD were upgradable-- but it's probably plenty for real world use. I have a 2tb external SSD for when I need storage. I purchased this as an open box model for $1100, and at that price it's a steal, this laptop beats laptops in the $1800 range.

I purchased this Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 for work and frequent travel, and I’m very happy with it. The design is sleek and premium, with precise machining and excellent finishes. The laptop is slim, lightweight, and durable, thanks to its aluminum housing, which gives it a high-end appearance. The 2-in-1 functionality is seamless—flipping it into tablet mode is effortless, and the included pen is highly responsive, making it great for note-taking or creative tasks. The AMOLED display is stunningly bright and sharp, making it a joy to use for work and entertainment. Battery life is solid, and the compact charger is perfect for travel. The fingerprint login is incredibly fast and reliable, and the laptop itself boots up quickly. The webcam is good for video calls, like Zoom meetings, though it sometimes enhances your appearance a bit too much. Overall, this laptop is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a premium, versatile device that performs well in both work and travel settings.

I purchased this laptop to replace one I had been using for the past 16 years. I loved my old laptop and was hesitant to replace it, but I had to. So I went online to look at which laptops were considered the best. I looked at a bunch of reviews from reputable sites. I then went to Best Buy and saw all of their laptops. When it came down to processing speed, brand, memory, storage space, touch screen, keyboard feel, numeric keypad on the keyboard, ports, battery life, and laptop design/color, the hands-down choice was the Samsung-Galaxy Book4 Pro. Once I purchased this laptop, I walked it right over to the Geek Squad so they could set it up. I purchased this laptop because I do a significant amount of essay writing, editing, and proofreading. I also wanted to use it to browse online, view YouTube videos and occasionally watch YouTube TV. This laptop has not disappointed me at all. I love it! If you are in the market for a laptop, I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro. You will not be disappointed. I haven't had the chance to use the illustrating feature yet, but I will. I'm not in a rush as that is not the primary reason why I purchased it. There were other laptops that had a faster processor, but if you just want a laptop to do word processing, create PowerPoint presentations, browse the Internet, and stream videos, this laptop can handle it. I love this laptop so much, that I take it to work everyday so I can conduct personal business on it, when I have breaks.

Let's start with the bad. Samsung totally overpriced this laptop. The retail price is $1899, and it should probably be more like $1499. I can't personally gripe about the price because I got this open-box and paid much less than $1499 for it. Once price is not a negative point for this purchase, then this becomes one of the best 2 in 1's on the market. Please understand I am not the average user. I am in the tech field and in the last 2 years I have purchased over 15 laptops from best buy. Most of them in the mid-range tier ranging from $1000 - $2000 in price. Because my needs for a laptop change often, I have returned and exchanged more than half of the laptops I brought. This Galaxy book pro 4 360 did not go back and is actually my daily driver I am writing this review on it right now. Besides the price thing I mentioned earlier the couple of things I wish were a little better are as follows. The keyboard. It's not bad at all but the key travel is pretty shallow. Thankfully it is tactile to some degree because I have a hard time typing when my fingers don't feel an actual click letting me know the key has been pressed. I def make more mistakes on this keyboard as opposed to a mechanical full size one. My only other gripe is the hinge is looser than other 2 in 1's I have used like the yoga for example. Now for the good. The screen is amazing and is the star of the show here. It gets over 550 nits of brightness and is very glossy so outdoors might suffer a little because of that but the colors and brightness look extremely vibrant. Of all the HDR laptop screens I have used this has the best balance of looking good in HDR and SDR mode. Also, I am least worried about this screen getting burn-in as opposed to any other OLED because Samsung has been making OLEDs in tablets that don't show any burn in after many, many years of use. The monitor on this is A++ So, this model has the core ultra 7 155h CPU/GPU combo with 16 GB memory built-in meaning you can't upgrade it. This is a solid setup for an Ultrabook to get a good performance battery ratio. Its not the most powerful thing in the world but it can handle all but the most extreme things you could possibly try to run on it. It is very slim so it does thermal throttle meaning it will slow itself down to produce less heat. While it does get hot when you are working it harder the cooling is very good and its not loud either. Being a 2 in 1 and the fact that it comes with a stylus let's talk about writing and drawing on this. To sum it up, it's amazing. This has the best palm rejection I have ever seen on a windows computer. My unit was open-box and missing the original stylus, but I was able to use my old Samsung tablet stylus, and it works perfectly as well as magnetizes to the rear of the screen. I think this is the 6th 2 in 1 I have drawn on and its no comparison when it comes to the smoothness and over performance of writing on this screen. This is the perfect artists' laptop. My personal rating for this is a 4.7 out of 5. This is an excellent machine, and I am very happy with this purchase. Like I said, I am hard to please and this checked all my boxes. Also, I am in the Samsung ecosystem, and this connects to my phone and tablet, so they all work together as one which makes this even more awesome. Just buy it already, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve had the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 for about a year now, and it’s by far the best laptop I’ve ever owned. It’s fast, reliable, and the display is absolutely beautiful. I use it every day, and I’m still discovering new features and helpful tools. It even comes with a bunch of great free apps that make it super convenient right out of the box. The split screen function is convenient. Whether I’m working, watching videos, or using it as a tablet with the Stylus pen, it handles everything smoothly. I honestly couldn’t be happier with it! It's worth every single penny! Highly recommend!

So far it works great I like the lightness of it. The screen is just the right size and it’s super thin. It works great as a tablet. I’ll have a lotta speed out of it. Just it works great, but I haven’t trouble loading my my pen but other than that and it’s going well, great great laptop

My favorite laptop I’ve had ! Works great for work and is super fast. What I also love so much is that it can stay charged for a very long time ! I love using Adobe on this laptop since it’s touchscreen and has a pen it makes everything 10x faster, easier &’ better. Definitely recommend !

I picked up the Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 16" with a Verizon coupon, and at the discounted price, it’s an amazing deal. The screen is wonderful. The AMOLED display is super sharp, and colors really pop. The touchscreen works great as well! The 2-in-1 feature is really handy, especially when I dock the computer. The pen has been more useful than I expected for quick notes and doodles. The computer feels fast, runs multiple things at once without slowing down, and the build quality feels really solid. (Note - I primarily use the laptop for office work) Overall, I’m very happy with it — especially for the price I paid. Definitely recommend it.

I absolutely love my laptop!! I had been searching for one that was lighter than my old one and this one is absolutely perfect. I love how thin it is and the touch screen. I do wish there were more places that were magnetized for the pen, but other than that I absolutely love it! This is my second one.

I had to buy a new laptop because my old one stopped working. This laptop is so nice, I am 100% satisfied with my purchase as it has a touch screen, an amazing spec, and the design is cool.

The laptop is very good. Excellent finish. Premium. The battery could last a little longer. The screen is beautiful. What disappointed me most was the experience with the Samsung ecosystem. The buds 2 pro took too long to pair. Likewise, the integration with the s24 ultra cell phone is confusing. Sound does not flow well between devices. There are duplicate software and the annoying free antivirus. After some time, everything falls into place. Very good keyboard.The service in the store was excellent.

I cant express how lucky I am to purchase this item I am a student at Dallas college and learning to do digital art I thought this was the best computer for me to have and to learn with this is a true blessing and I hope this laptop will last me till the rest of my life.

This is my top computer right now. Everything is excellent, weight, color, pad and the top is the UHD almost 3k HD screen!!! OMG this is a really good option for creators of content and peopole who needs to work or study with this device.

Purchased this laptop in July 2024. Had almost everything I was looking for in a new laptop - except the amount of RAM I wanted. But I was willing to compromise because of other features. I use this daily and take excellent care of my devices. This normally sits on my desk, and when I transport it, it resides in my Swissgear laptop bag. I am not rough with my devices. 6 months in - the glass develops a crack along the left side up to the top. It doesn't impair use but only looks bad. The display and touch screen still work. Samsung says the issue was from physical damage. Tons of other users say otherwise. This is a well-known defect in the laptop. Documented on numerous websites and forums including Samsung Community. They have "offered" for me to send it in (2 weeks turnaround) to be evaluated and potentially repaired. Samsung chat initially declined it would be covered under warranty, but when I pressed and showed other documented cases of the same issue the chat rep said it would be covered. Other users have had their screens replaced under warranty to only have the issue reappear. Extremely fragile screen design.

It's a good graphic design laptop; it meets all specifications, and the touch screen speeds up editing work. With its graphics cards, it's capable of running editing programs without problems. I've used it for high-graphics games, and it works very well; it runs them like a gaming laptop. It has some limitations, such as the battery and screen size, but it's a good compromise between work and play.
