I don't understand how Samsung gets away with putting out substandard products. I mean literally these headphones are garbage. The sound is really high with treble and the lows are substandard. Poor execution do not waste your money

Terrible quality, no where near worth the price. They are insanely quiet. If there is any sort of background noise you can't hear anything coming out of the earbuds. Love Samsung products but will be staying away from their audio products from now on. Worst money I ever spent.

I had complaints from everyone that they couldn't hear me and they are not that loud either and the noise cancelation does not work. The design is poor everytime I readjust i end up skipping a song or random actions. I just bought a mote 20ulrta and thought the would he a good pair but I guess not

Unless your ears are perfectly sized to these they don't fit. Even changing out the the silicone pieces didn't make a difference. I couldn't even hear them while running my mower.

Cute but hurts my ears unless im not putting them in right

To use these I have to download an app and give it access to my precise location, contacts, text messages and my pictures. I'm not going to give my earbuds access to my pictures, I will be returning this product.

The sound is far away for the money they could do alot better

These sucks, you can’t even put them on right. When you put them on “correctly”, anyone near you can hear your music and your phone conversations. What’s the point of putting your headphones on then? It makes no sense.

Do not fit well in my ears and lack a lot of features.

The noise canceling on these buds leaves more to be desired.

I bought this for my girlfriend who living in Vietnam and I thought this bud having a good sound and can hear clearly. But not this is not good, I couldn’t hear what she spoke on the phone and it’s so lound. I was disappointed about this item.

It’s hard for them to stay in my ears. The volume kept going down on its own where I couldn’t hear. My ears got extremely swollen from wearing them. They might be go for other people but not for my small ears

Sound is not that great. People say they can't me often.

Worked great for about a month. Now the active noise canceling just blasts your eardrum with this buzzing noise that no troubleshooting steps fix. Which, thanks to Best Buy's return policy can't be swapped out.

These were purchased as a gift for my husband. I returned these to the store because husband did not like the fit in his ears nor the external noises heard with these buds in place. We ordered the Bose buds and he is quite happy. I loved the blue color of the buds!

Absolute trash, bought these in the beginning of December and by March one side quit working. Sadly the manufacturer warranty doesn't cover one of the pins getting loose so the right ear won't charge. Stick to the other models if you're going to buy Samsung.
