I used both airpods and these galaxy buds heavily in all weather and i can honestly say these are great they fit in my ear just like airpods no fear of falling out. Never liked silicone tips so these were perfect. However after extensive use ( delivery driver) i learned it has flaws. Noise canceling messes up and cant keep up with a constant loud noise to a point it glitches out and makes a loud noise to counter the loud noise around you but in a worse way and makes things louder? So ended up disabling noise canceling. Also disabled the function to end calls using touch since it only takes a single button touch to end call and ended up ending call accidentally multiple times when reaching to take off a headphone when meeting with other people while delivering. No option to double click to end call. When under too much heat over 100 degrees IT WILL NOT CHARGE. Had to start leaving it in my bag lunch box that has ice water inside to cool off in the pocket even then it may not cool off even after a few hours in a cool place. Also must add since the buds are metal they are hot when you put them in if the case is a bit toasted. The case itself looks nice and seems premium with the clear plastic design but due to its clear plastic design it can scratch very easily and has. Overall i will say the earbuds fit great in my ear but its not designed for heavy use. But if only used in a casual way or light office work its great and features may work as intended. Audio is superb and been told my voice is clearer then when i had airpods (had iphones then switched to samsung which is why i own both type of headphones) the occasional glitch may occur when im told i sound far away so i hang up and place them back inside for a few seconds and recall but both airpods and buds both have this problem it seems. Will i recommend this product to a fellow delivery driver in a truck with no ac? No. To someone who just wants something premium and has a Samsung? Absolutely! Its a premium product not a work horse.

I love Samsung everything. But these buds changed everything. Volume controls awkward place, wont stay in ear. Thats enough for me to return. Quality is great but these 2 features needs to be adjusted for me to move from the buds 3

I Love My Samsung Galaxy Buds 4, They Are Loud And Noise Cancelling Didnt Even Hear Noise Or Surroundings Either... I Will Recommended This Buds

Very comfortable fit, only complaint is that it's not as noise cancelling because it doesn't have the rubber tips to seal out the noise

Finally there are premium ear buds from android that don't use silicon tips.

Love these headphones just don't have any hairstyle or earrings that swing while using them. Sound quality is great, and they're very lightweight. Mine seem to last a fair amount of time but definitely could be better. The charging case imo could have a better battery as well (2-3 charges from it). This is my take in comparison to my sound core headphones that have a long batter and don't easily fall from my ears. Otherwise if you're a Samsung phone user I definitely recommend as they work seemlessly with my s25u.

Waited a long time for ones like this. I spent the last 7 months ordering and then returning a lot of earbuds. Cost wasn't an issue. Tried all types, but the open air style like the apple air pods had the best fit and sounded best to me....but apple don't like android. You lose too many functions on android. Never liked the earbuds that went into the ear canal. These are keepers. Great sound and comfort. Lightweight and outstanding battery life. Noise cancelling is very good. Had them since the day they came out and haven't looked back.

I like the sound quality as well as the live translation feature... The 2 biggest issues I've experienced are battery life and the buds do not stay in my ears.. Granted my ears are kind of small but the slightest head movement has the buds slipping out... Definitely going to upgrade to the Pro Version because these just don't stay in my ears... Might be a better fit for someone else but for me it's a no can do..

Sound and design are good but comfort could be better. Headphones have a hard time staying in while in use.

buds are good, for me better than the pros as those won't stay in my ears. These seem to stay but still don't feel the most secure like they could fail out. Sound is good for this though.

Honestly, they're ok. They tend to fall out of my ears and the sound quality is good but nothing exceptional. The battery life isn't great. My older FE buds have a longer battery life.

Ear buds are very comfortable for normal everyday use , however not great for workouts as sweat helps push earbuds out of war constantly falling off

My wife loves them. Everything about them the fit, the sound. Everything. My wife is happy so am I. Thank you Best Buy .

I understand the limitations of this style earbud (versus the pro), but I can't do silicone tips without skin irritation. I would give it 4.5 Stars if I could. The sound quality is excellent, they fit nicely in my ears, and the integration with my Galaxy s26 Ultra is seamless. My only complaint is sometimes the microphones could be better, I have people who tell me they can't hear me when we're on the phone, so I have to speak a little louder than I normally might otherwise. However, from the sound quality to the motion gesture features, everything works great.

[Employee of bestbuy] amazing headphones, extremely great audio quality although the only issue i had was the fitment in my ears. since they're just "one size fit's all" it did not fit in my ears and ultimately came out. i ended up upgrading to the buds 4 pro since they have sizeable silicon tips that fit more snug in the ears
