Wish I could rate this zero stars. Unlocked but doesn't work with my tmobile sim, it was an AT&T phone. Went to return in the store, and they charge a $35.00 fee for each phone which they never notified me, took effect just the month I happened to buy it in. I bought 2 phones so there goes $70 down the drain. Thanks best buy. Never buying from you guys ever again. Ever.

I purchased this phone because I previously owned a Samsung phone and had no issues. I don't know what third party BB went through to obtain this phone but it's a waste.The phone kept shutting off, I made sure to fully charge before use. I also rebooted several times. I didn't want to be stuck with a worthless phone so I returned it.

I would stay away from this product. It developed a well known issue causing no access to the camera within the first 90 days. I contacted Samsung and sent it in for warranty service. They sent it back still defective and refused to honor the warranty. They claimed that the phone had evidence of tampering. The only person to use the bathroom home was my 74 year old mother. She didn’t tamper with it. I went to Best Buy and explained the situation and they wouldn’t even attempt to help either. I would stay far away from Samsung products, since they’ll make up a reason not to fix or replace phones within warranty.
