It is an older phone and somehow the quality seems to be deteriorating even when it was brand new out the box. Remember, there is a restocking fee of $35 or something like that so make sure it is what you really want before buying.

Bought this at&t branded unlocked phone. Inserted my TMobile sim but reception was very weak as compared to my other phones reception in the same locations.

Overall a good phone, so far I liked the features and speed. However there is one problem, BestBuy do not Cleary mention that its an AT&T Unlocked phone, even when I spoke to customer service they could not answer this. I don't see any issues using it on non AT&T network, but still there are many AT&T apps installed which do not work, and when I click on Software update it goes and check in AT&T server. They should clearly mention this in their product description.

i've had this phone for almost 2 years now and i've been through alot with it. being a guy who does heavy gaming and also using my phone on the go alot and needing it to be fast and precise i definitely love the phone. i have a lifeproof case on it to make sure my phone doesnt get damaged. One bad thing i can say is during the lollipop upgrade the phone slowed down tremendously. It would take forever for something to pull up. What i had to do was go into developer options and remove the animations. that sped the phone up much faster. now its lightning fast!.

Unable to use this phone as a phone. Useless outside of connecting to Wi-Fi

I bought this phone in Jan 16. I use straight talk wireless and my prior HTC finally quit on me. So, I had to buy a new phone and knew I wanted a Samsung. I'm very happy with the phone overall. It works great and the screen is wonderful. I'm also very happy I bought a prior generation phone (so much savings!). My phone from Bestbuy.com came in the original box and worked perfectly (its an unlocked ATT phone). The website stated it would take about 9 days to receive the phone but I actually received it in about 5 days. After I charged it and personalized it a bit I took it to my local Bestbuy store and they transferred my contacts and photos. Then the folks at the Samsung kiosk updated my software. My only complaint would be the battery seems to drain a bit quick. However, overall, very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this phone because it was listed as new.. It is NOT a new phone. The phone had been plugged into the charger over 1100 times. The 1 year warranty expires in May... I bought the phone in Feb. don't be fooled by this "Best Buy" I returned the phone. The person that refunded my money didn't even apologize.... Very disappointed in this store.

The first phone i received in the mail had a defective back soft button it also had a screen protector on it out of the box. I returned it to the store with no issues and a second one was ordered and shipped. The box for this one seemed to already had been opened and resealed, this phone had no screen protector which leads me to believe that the company, be it AT&T, Best Buy or Samsung sells refurbished units as new. Also note: the fist phone shipped with Android 4 and the second Android 5, if this helps anyone.

This is not a new phone. I am not that surprised since the s5 is three years old, but the one I purchased was nowhere slightly used. It had over 3000 charges on it. My mother's s4 which she has had for over three years only has 600 charges, so I have absolutely no idea what the previous owner(s) were doing with the phone. I did mess around with apps and it seems to work otherwise, but with the ridiculous amount of charges on it, I do not know how long this phone will last. Regardless, you are paying for a refurbished phone marked as "new."

I ordered this device(should be unlocked!) online from best buy.com on 3/8 and received it on 3/14 which was fast! But when I opened it, everything was about AT@t !,and before I use it or put my sim card, I called the customer service of best buy(Warwick) and explain to them the situation and asked them why its locked! ,they confirmed to me its unlocked and I can use it with metro pcs ,so I charged the battery and put the sim card but it didn't work with my carrier! I went to best buy and ask them.. ,I have told to go online and request a code from At@t to unlocked it, "but I ordered unlocked"! I told to someone there , he said it is ,its unlocked but You need a code to open it !??and could take 24_48hrs to get it !! I felt he was deceiving me ,anyway I returned in same day and I got my mony after 24 hrs , It was frustrating experience

This phone has a very nice screen and many features that can be useful during everyday calls, Internet browsing, picture taking, and watching videos. Battery will last just a day, though, with a heavy usage, and couple of days with a lighter usage.

I've had my phone for over 6 months now and it's working beautifully! NO complaints!

Good buy! I Chose this phone because this one has a SD card, unlike a lot of phones now which are moving to the cloud and taking away the SD card. The Camera on the phone takes great pictures, the internet moves fast while surfing net, it is fairly easy to us, and very affordable. The only issue I have ran into with this phone now is the new update which has slowed the operating system down and caused it to lag which a factory reset will fix that issue.

I moved from a galaxy 3 that I had for years to this 5s. It's a great phone. It's new. It did come with at&t stuff on it but I like that since that is my carrier. I'm very happy with this phone and the price was amazing. $200 cheaper than buying it from AT&T

I love many of the features, like the camera that can support 4k and 59fps recording (not at the same time).

This unlocked phone was an AT&T branded phone. The sim card work, but it always no network and limited functionality of the phone..

The phone is GREAT. i love it EXCEPT the camera. what good is such a phone that cant take a simple picture? i took it back to best buy and verizon on day 4 and they told me it is just the way the camera is. its missing something they told me at verizon that most cameras have. its just pure blur. if you go out side annd hold it ABSOLUTELY perfectly still its a decent pic but that is never for me. i have a little one and couldnt take Christmas pics. they told me i need to buy a new one. thanks samsung!!

I found a lot of Samsung S5 fake products in market that's why please conform the seller. If it is original Samsung product,I like to buy.

I bought two of these phones, one for myself and one for my husband. These phones were really easy to set up and easy to figure out how to use. Fast charging too! We bought sim cards for Straight Talk and use these unlocked phones for that.
