I have had a Samsung Galaxy phone since the S2. I then upgraded to the S4, the S6, and now (FINALLY after 4 years) the S10 and I am ecstatic! I forgot how nice is it to actually have a phone that doesn't crash from sheer age (I definitely got my money's worth out of my older phones, but I was very happy to upgrade) Pros - I love the color (coral), it's unique and no one I know has that! - It's fast, and doesn't freeze or lag like my older galaxies. - It has so much storage! I have the 128 GB and have just barely used half of it with SO many apps and photos. - Speaking of photos, this phone does wonders with it! Camera quality is a huge selling point for me and phones and I was pleased to see just how versatile the factory camera is on this! It does wonders for home photos (wide lense) as well as close ups and everything in between :) - Because I have the Samsung buds, Watch Active, and Galaxy S6 Tablet, it all integrates seamlessly and I've become a huge fan. - It's just beautiful. The screen is gorgeous, the vibrant colors still blow me away, and after over 6 in a half months and dropping a few times (no damage), it's still working flawlessly. - It doesn't have an annoying notch like the iPhones did/do, and although there is a camera in the display it's not distracting at all. - THE AUDIO - the Dolby Atmos addition blows me away. I turned it on and watched one of my favorite audio-testing videos and couldn't believe my ears, I was confused how sound was coming from behind me when in reality the phone was sitting in front of me haha. Blown away by the audio quality for phone speakers. Cons - The only con I've had thus far is getting the double tap to show my display to work on the first try... I've had to just tap constantly to make sure it turns on faster than just waiting for it to not work and try again. -- All in all best phone I've had to date! I will continue to go the Samsung Galaxy route because I'm just in love with how their phones' functionality and aesthetically pleasing design come together as opposed to my boyfriend's Razer phone, for instance. The display blows his out of the water, the phone is all around more sleek infinitely lighter, and more natural to hold in your hand. Just saying... ;)

It was time to upgrade my old phone, an LG-G6, and looking at the latest LG phone, I was not impressed. Best-buy had a fantastic sale, $300.00 off on the Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10 Phone. The price was right, and the specs on the camera were exactly what I was looking for. My carrier is Sprint, and the reception I get is not bad, but I must say that there was a noticeable improvement in reception with the Galaxy S10. I also use my phone to connect up with an Android Auto Car Stereo to run navigation and music apps as well. I also noticed a dramatic improvement over the connectivity with the S10 and the Android Auto App that run with the car Stereo. There is a lot to this phone, and I am sure there are things it can do that I have not yet discovered, which is why i gave the ease of use a good rating. but in reality, it isn't the phones fault. As I continue to use it, I am quite sure I will continue to be pleased with my choice for a replacement phone. With 128GB of memory on the phone and a 400GB card, it more than meets my storage requirements. The only down side I have found was that its connection to my Smartwatch has lost some of the features that I liked that worked with my LG. Although now that I have a Galaxy phone again, I will most likely swap out my Huawei smartwatch 2, for a Samsung Gear S3 Frontier and solve that issue.

I am very pleased with the capability of this Galaxy S10 handset. It has a very great 128GB internal memory capacity, both cameras record quite good pics and I adore the curved edge design at the periphery of the screen. It is also allows clear audibility for all incoming and outgoing calls.

I bought it in discount for $650 and all i have to say is that this device is the best phone i bought.Great Display with that OLED display, excellent perfomance with the Super amazing Snapdragon 855 pared with a BEAST 8 GB RAM that makes this phone amazing at gaming and finally an amazing sound with that dual speaker with DOLBY ATMOS perfect to watch movies. Overall if you have the oportunity to buy it for $650 all i have to say is that you buy without waiting anymore. Amazing Flagship Phone from Samsung.

I love this phone so much! It has a great camera, and lots of storage space. I have dozens of apps and thousands of photos/videos and I haven't even scratched the surface of the storage. I've attached some photos I took with this phone, and none are edited!

This S10 is my partner in crime! I love the way s10 functions and its agility while using multiple apps. Also, the edges of the phone screen lighting up when a text or notification comes in looks really cool. I've had this phone a little over a year and it's been very useful to my daily life. Watching movies on this phone looks pretty good too. Overall it's worth the price tag, plus it's an unlocked phone.

I love my phone its very useful for things other than telling time. For instance if I need to check my heart rate. Among other things.

If you have been iPhone user then it’s gonna take some time to get used to its function, application etc... phone battery is much better than those iPhones that I am using.

The mobile came in a very normal cardboard box. There was only the mobile and the charger. NO headset, NO manual, NO sim tray pin, NO micro USB, NO scratch guard. Very disappointed with this purchase. And its asking me to pay $45 to return the item.

Disappointed. Brand new phone but the box is unsealed plastic. Only one tape on . Dropped off at front door without ring the doorbell.

First phone that's unlocked and overall its great Pros: more memory space since no carriers add extra stuff No logos in the back Switch between carriers Camara is great! Screen is beautiful Size is not too large Samsung has a done good bixby button can be custom which is great. Cons: THE BATTERY!!! SAMSUNG COME ON!! Im exaggerating obviously but honestly the battery is great it lasts but not good enough... I didnt want the s10+ because of its price, size and I dont need an extra camara but its battery was a debate, I dont know why samsung is deciding to lower the battery BY 700 MAH Im sure they could have gave us 3700 or even 3600 but 3400 is just not enough and should not be acceptable with this price and comparision with the S10+ and S10e which is 3100... That's it

This phone is super fast and has a really great screen. The gestures and touch points on the screen are super fluid and fast. The camera is incredible with many functions and modes. Finally breaking the 100 gigabyte storage space offering as a standard was a selling big point, along with offering 8gigs of RAM as the minimum is a strong selling point. One can also add more storage space with up to a 512gig MicroSD card. For me though, 128gig is fine as I would never use that much, but the previous 64gig offering would be used up. I do give it a small bit of a knockdown, but dtill not less than than 5 stars as there are really good smartphones out there with similar speed, screen quality and almost as good of a camera for much less. Could I have bought that particular phone, yes, but if something under warranty needed attention, I'd have to send it back, whereas Samsung will have Best Buy or a really good repair shop locally fix it the device with Samsung's authorization. I highly recommend this phone! Screen - A++ Speed - A++ Camera - A++ Ease of use and functionality - A+ Price - A-

I like the phone, it does everything I think it should and more. It is easy to use, it's fast and has a great camera. My only complaint is that since the screen wraps around the side edges a little bit, it is easy to accidentally touch things that result in surprises when taking pictures, texting or navigating. I will probably try a case to see if that cures the problem. But, that is even more money. I already spent about $500+ to buy the phone.

I got this phone on sale for like $550, and I absolutely loved it. I was upgrading from a OnePlus 3t and was hoping to get another OnePlus device, but given the situation with Coronavirus it would have taken forever to get and I needed a replacement ASAP. I jumped the Samsung bandwagon for OnePlus because of the sheer amount of bloatware I had on my Note 3. I am happy to say that this phone did not have nearly as much garbage preinstalled as the Note 3 did. I am still however disappointed that I am doomed to once again forever have Facebook installed on my device or, root it to remove it... The in-screen fingerprint reader is not as fast as my OP3t's ceramic one was, but given that it is built into the screen and is still pretty quick, that can be easily overlooked. The display is sharp, and the camera notch is not as bad as I thought it was going to be. All in all, I really like the phone and would highly recommend it especially if it is on sale.

This phone has actually been a life changer for me. I was a long time iPhone user but have made the switch and I don't think I'll ever be coming back. The amount of features on this device is incredible. It has better battery life than the iPhone XS max did, and this isn't even the plus version. You can easily go an entire day and maybe partially into the next day without charging your phone if you're conservative. Wireless power share is the coolest thing, especially when paired with a galaxy watch. The camera is incredible and the speed and performance of this device is unmatched. It's expensive but you get what you pay for here. I see myself using this phone for many years.

I have had this phone for one week now and upgraded from a Galaxy S6. So far everything seems to be exceptional in it's performance, battery life, power and speed of operation. I'm very pleased and impressed with it.

As a previous S8 owner this definitely this feels like a jump forward and worthy upgrade. Although to be realistic phones are marginally improving year by year. And in most cases if phone batteries were replaceable on Samsung phones as they used to be awhile back l I probably would have kept the S8. S8 is still a great phone for people who just do not have the money for an S10. Fingerprint sensor on screen is awesome. Already used to it and couldn't imagine the option not being there. Samsung face I.D. does not compare to apple from what I heard, but fingerprint sensor is so fast I cannot see needing the face I.D. How much you are impressed by this phone will depend on where you are coming from. Every iphone user at my work was jealous, but hard to pull away loyal followers. If you had an S8 like me, it feels different. But nothing jaw dropping. My wife has the S8 and is not upgrading. Will admit she is not into tech as much as me. Screen covers more than ever before. Dot versus having large notch. Screen is gorgeous as always. Battery life is meh, but fast charging makes up for it partially. Apple still has much slower charging than Samsung. Make sure to use USB 3.0 if you decide to buy cables. Using phone to wireless charge, might on a rare occasion come in handy. For the traveler maybe more so. CAMERA: For your average consumer, I cannot complain one bit. Comes with good plug in AKG headphones and fast charger for anyone who has never bought a Samsung phone since they purchased AKG All in All if your interested in this phone. I cannot see any flaws that would keep you from switching over or upgrading. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as I do.

You won't believe me if I told you that I never had a smart phone until about a year ago. It's true! I know. I am just an ole fuddy dud. I started using my previous Samsung more and more for professional purposes, which photos are a huge factor. My old phone didn't have the oomph needed to handle the professional software I use. I was hesitant to pay the amount of money for having this phone, and my wife's jaw dropped when she saw what I was considering. However, this is probably one of the best investments I have ever made for my business. So far, AWESOME SAUCE, and I hope that continues as such, because this device is now my bread and butter professionally. It helps produce the final product of my services, and I can't afford an upset in that. Hence, my only unfounded concern at this point is that in one of the reviews I read recently someone states their phone became inoperative after a short period. No details on that, and they further say that neither Best Buy nor Samsung was providing much support in that arena, except that the phone was sent off for repair and the person was without a device. That is a huge concern for me if I was to run into that kind of situation. Nonetheless, It's very likely I'll be giving my wife this phone and purchasing another one, soon, when I can put the money together for it. That is how pleased I am with this phone, and I am hard to please! Believe me.

Still my daily driver, and still going strong. I have dropped this phone so many times (granted it also has a mous case and a screen protector) but has not yet broken since. It's still very sleek despite being 3 years old. Would recommend this phone when it's on sale at a lower price because you are still getting a great deal while still having many new features that are also included in the newer phones.
