I purchased an open box item supposedly in Excellent condition. When I recieved the item it had a noticable static sound. I contacted BB and they said to contact Samsung to troubleshoot. Samsung was not the easiest to get ahold of. When I did get them, they led me through some troubleshooting steps like clearing cache and running the diagnostic. After running the diagnostic, it was determined that the media speaker needs to be replaced. It appears either BB is either deaf or did not run the diagnostic on this item...yet they sell it as excellent condition when it is obviously having problems. When i went to the store to exchange, they let me know that I should contact the Geek squad to diagnose it. So, I made an appointment for the following day. They determined that it was also defective. When i asked about exchanging it, they said it was over 14 days.....what...So I need to send it to Samsung to repair which takes 2 weeks. This does not seem right and I will be out of a phone for 2 weeks when BB should at minimum test the phone before selling an open box as Excellent.

My daughter needed a new phone so off we went to BestBuy. We already researched this one and she knew this is what she wanted. She has had it a month. No issues. Great battety. Takes great pictures as well. So now she has a better phone than her parents. When we decide it's time to upgrade we will also go with another samsung. Can't go wrong. Service always great at Best Buy. Got her up and running smoothly.

I had a Samsung Galaxy A14 before this and although it worked well it didn't run so smooth and sometimes it was even unresponsive, so after I got the S25+ I noticed a huge quality upgrade in terms of camera quality, refresh rate, and responsiveness. It is on the pricey side being over 1,000 dollars, but if you have the money and haven't upgraded in a while I would recommend.

Always been cheap when it came to phones, never really had one that lasted me a long while before I got frustrated with it. Finally caved and bought this one on sale since I was ready for an upgrade and it was a great decision. Lots of customizability, great battery life, and it doesnt get too hot when I'm playing games (provided im not charging at the same time but that's to be expected).

Great phone. Nice upgrade from Samsung A21 phone. Good service from Geek to transfer information.

I love this phone. This the first samsung phone that I brought where the battery life is excellent and the camera, of cause, is also excellent. One of the reasons I buy samsung top of the line phones is for the camera. There is not to much I can say bad about this phone.

Very pleased so far with the phone. Many changes from Android 10. Battery so far is better than expected.

HI! Love this phone!!!! Been using it for the last 2 weeks since I got it. So AMAZING! I can't put it down. Learning to use this phone so simple and easy. So much you can do with it. Takes great clear pictures. Audio is so perfect. Ring tone is loud enough for me in noisy areas. Don't miss a call. Listening to music and watching videos is really great. No issues what so ever with this 25+. LOVE IT!!!

Great phone, very clear signal, good sound and great resolution

This phones battery lasts a lifetime like a Nokia would, okay maybe not that long but I use my phone all day to stream nonstop while I work and I don't even need to think about charging it until I'm 7hrs into my shift. Every other feature is just like my other Galaxy phones.
