I reviewed the new releases of Android phones,and feel this is a win for me. Having experienced the Galaxy S21 ultra, i realized i just didnt need the larger camera, which makes the phone size more convenient for my needs. This model is lighter weight with a good size screen. Also the Samsung keyboard, is a great layout, and the switch transfer was simple. Many new features to come but this is a great phone!

So far after a week ive been loving this phone. Its a huge upgrade from my previous phone and i would definitely recommend if you have an older phone and want an upgrade. The color caught my attention when i first saw it but the hardware is very good if looks arent important to you. The camera is one of my favorite and really lets you see all the little details.

Work really well and is super easy to use. This was and upgrade from a S22. The picture is from section 203 at the United Center

Love this phone. The display acreen size is perfect for me, and the overall size of phone is easy to hold and fits well in my pants pocket. The camera is great and allows me to zoom in to the object or person that I am trying to take a pic of.

My daughter takes a lot of pictures with my phone and lots of phone calls. The picture quality is absolutely amazing.

I am so grateful for my Samsung S25 plus phone. User friendly and budget wise the best of all. Thank you so much Best Buy for easy purchasing this excellent phone.Love it.

Writing this review from my brand new Samsung Galaxy S25. You can only imagine how much fun i'm having since i upgraded to this classy machine. The RAM, Storage, and battery capacity are perfect for me.

I purchased an open box item supposedly in Excellent condition. When I recieved the item it had a noticable static sound. I contacted BB and they said to contact Samsung to troubleshoot. Samsung was not the easiest to get ahold of. When I did get them, they led me through some troubleshooting steps like clearing cache and running the diagnostic. After running the diagnostic, it was determined that the media speaker needs to be replaced. It appears either BB is either deaf or did not run the diagnostic on this item...yet they sell it as excellent condition when it is obviously having problems. When i went to the store to exchange, they let me know that I should contact the Geek squad to diagnose it. So, I made an appointment for the following day. They determined that it was also defective. When i asked about exchanging it, they said it was over 14 days.....what...So I need to send it to Samsung to repair which takes 2 weeks. This does not seem right and I will be out of a phone for 2 weeks when BB should at minimum test the phone before selling an open box as Excellent.

Software hard to use. Good quality though. Really disappointed of how android compare to ios. Maybe just personal preference. Definitely not a android fan, also not a apple fan. So its hard for me to get a phone. Always compromise.
