Customer Ratings & Reviews

Very good phone and reliable. It has very good battery and display. Runs games real well if that’s what you’re looking for.

I recommend this phone; it takes very good pictures, it's very fast, and the screen is big for gaming.

My Samsung S25 Ultra is a premium powerhouse that excels in every category: Best-in-Class Camera: Unmatched versatility and quality for all your photos and videos. Blazing Performance: Top-tier speed for gaming and demanding apps. Stunning Display: A beautiful, bright screen for an incredible viewing experience. S Pen: Unlocks unique productivity and creative uses. It's a future-proof, all-in-one device. A very good purchase!

Best-in-class compact Android design. Snapdragon 8 Elite delivers elite performance. Bright, smooth 120Hz display. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for android.

The S25 Is a good device but I have some issues with it. One the display is weaker than last year which I had so I can compare it. I already have scratches on my S25 From sleeping with it in my pocket wearing sweats, either I had my keys in my purse or spare change in my pockets, those scratches would have never appeared in my S24U,23U, and S22U but yet here we are with Samsung making the display more shatter resistant than scratch resistant. They should have kept the same level of shatter-to-scratch as last year. And second, they should have kept the Spen with Bluetooth support, the spen was so useful as I would use it to take night photos on a cam tripod or a flat surface and not have to press the button so I don't accidentally knock the camera also to control music when the phone is in my pocket and the Spen is in my hand. The Good things are, that the newer Processor is faster so I can play switch games with fewer stutters and play my pc emulated games better than my S24 if I wanted to. (I only have three things on my keys. Car, 2 house keys. and flipper zero) That's what scratched my screen. And a screen protector will make the anti-reflective display useless. So better get ur self warranty unless u want a bad display in the sun.

Fantastic phone I absolutely love it would recommend it display is amazing the sound quality is superior very smooth operating system I love the AI inter face hands-free with 99% of tasks I need to accomplish the camera is amazing and is the reason I chose to go with this phone as opposed to the 25+

Upgraded from a galaxy Z Fold 5. Tired of the inner screen messing up. I work around saw dust everyday and the z fold phone are not dust resistant therefore the sawdust destroys them. This phone is a lot tougher and a work horse. Glad I made the switch away from folding phones again. This screen is amazing and the cameras are so good. Battery lasts all day. Just wish s pen still had Bluetooth.

Photos are great. Battery life is also great. The spen is a great feature. The only con is it is a bit big. But, some people like that.

I bought the Galaxy S25 Ultra 256GB from Best Buy on sale and couldn’t be happier. The phone is extremely fast, the display looks amazing, and the camera quality is excellent. Battery life has also been great so far. The phone feels very premium and well built. Getting it at a discounted price made the deal even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

User-friendly, lightweight, and easy to hold. Excellent camera for photos. I don't use the pen often. The battery is decent considering its size. A nice secondary phone that works really well with Google Fi. Screen is excellent.

I am very impressed with the overall performance of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, and the anti-reflective display is a massive bonus outdoors. The camera quality is excellent for macro shots and zooming into crisp text, though video colors can sometimes look a bit over-sharpened. The 5000mAh battery provides reliable, all-day battery life, even if charging speeds aren't quite as blazing fast as some competitors.

This phone is like a mini computer easy to use control i would recommend to anyone. I'm a custom home builder i use for everything.

Best phone ever. It's really nice to use this phone and fast. Cameras are clear and AI is wonderful help me a lot of time when i have a question or need to edit a photo. Thanks Samsung. Im very happy

The galaxy s25 ultra is the best phone i have ever had, the display is amzing and the advanced tecnology is amazing, the camera is crisp and i recomend this phone to all

This phone is amazing. I had a Note 10+ and needed to upgrade. The 25 Ultra is comparable to the Note in size and features! I use the stylus which this phone has and its been great! Open box with Best Buy had no issues. Process to buy online was fairly simple! Overall I had a great experience with not only Best Buy but the Samsung 25 Ultra is amazing. 11/10!

Good phone overall. It works smoothly, has a great display, quality Camera and serves me well for daily use.

I purchases this device for a birthday gift. I had to setup the device for them. While I was setting it up for them I found myself enjoying the features on the device. My main device is a Google Pixel 9Pro. After reviewing this device I may purchase one for myself. My friend loves it! It is a big phone. I would like to see the stylus on the S25Plus. The only cons are the phone is big and the Samsung and Google store is something that would annoy me. Overall, great device good job Samsung.
