Turns out she didn't like the larger size - too cumbersome, and the tablet is so slow and has so many problems only experienced when others were old, she thinks it's used and not redone. We had ordered online and they made us wait forever because they couldn't find the one that was supposedly in stock.

BB online associates were no help, even when I gave them my order number. Will either return the tablet or wing it, trying to order or obtain correct parts. Not very happy with Samsung or BB, even though I have purchased numerous products from both.

Contacting BB custmer Svc. Did not help, they basically said call You Tube. After several calls we were told BB had ceased funding that offer yet they continue to advertise it.

I call for cancel this item before, several times someone call me back and say no problem we will put the money back in your account but this never happens

Item was in stock and marked as "Ready for pickup in 1 hour". 24 hours later order is still not ready. If it's going to take 2 it 3 days just say so. Don't take my money and ghost me.
