I upgraded from a S7 edge and I could not be happier. I am a loyal Samsung user (tablets, phones, and tv) and the S9+ does not disappoint as usual. Pros- Screen Size, Upgraded biometrics with fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone. I never knew I needed this until I had it! I thought I would miss the home button to unlock my phone with but if you tap where the home button used to be it works just the same even with the screen off. Extremely fast. Web pages and apps run smoothly. I was having issues streaming Spotify with my S7 which was the main reason I was looking to upgrade. So far I have had zero issues. Cons- Honestly the only thing I don't like about this phone so far is the edge lighting does not work as well as it did with my edge (but that is to be expected) .

The screen is beautiful and battery life is excellent. The fingerprint scanner is a bit fussy.

Purchased a refurbished Samsung S9+ for Verizon. The phone arrived and I could not be more pleased. Only minor complaint is the small key tool to open the SIM card tray and the smart switch adaptor were not in the box. I visited the Best Buy store near me and they performed the transfer for me. I saw very small blemish (less than one quarter inch long) on the case. Thus was nearly perfect condition. I did purchase the Geek Protection coverage so should there be a problem it will resolved.

At first I was skeptical about ordering a refurbished phone. But skepticism soon fell away as soon as I received the phone. The phone appears to be brand new and had no flaws. If you don't mind not having the nice Samsung box and not getting the headphones that come with the phone I would recommend. A great way to save potentially hundreds of dollars with no drawback.

My Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus purchase at 40% off included, Phone, USB cable and a fast charge adapter. But the performance and productivity i'm experiencing daily seems to be a positively insane adventure. In other words to own a galaxy S9 Plus will definitely and exceptionally make everything... "Copasetic"

Great processor speed with 6G RAM, the internal 64G storage I supplemented with a 256G micro SD, which the system read and automatically selected for storage of all added pics, videos and other user data.

Fantastic camera, gorgeous screen, flawless performance. Hope the phone performance stays the same.

This thing was like brand new when I got it, and functioned just fine. Only thing is it didn't come with the headphones, but those are junk anyway. If you can get a solid deal like I did on this, go for it!

I was skeptical at first for buying a refurbished the voice but super glad I did saved all kinds of money and I don’t regret it works just as good as brand new even looks just as good !

Phone came in excellent condition. Looks brand new with no marks or scratches. Phone works perfect. Way better than paying full price for a new one! Highly recommended!

I bought this phone for my daughter. She’s a fan of android phone. The phone works perfectly and she’s able to download lot of apps on it for free, compared to paying a lot on iPhone apps.

The sound quality on this S9+ is THE BEST I've ever had. I'm not even a sound person and I noticed the difference. I was SO OVER Verizon charging me $50 just to LET ME buy a phone for my account (upgrade fee) that I took a chance on a refurb from BB. I will never buy from Verizon again. This $900 phone was only $75 more than their low grade one. Total cost $501....including shipping. Verizon's A50 was $426 total. Huge difference. My Verizon review reflects this.

I absolutely love this phone! If you are torn between s8+ and s9+.... go with s9+!!

I had never purchased a refurbished phone from Geek Squad, but the price was too good to pass up. In fact, it turned out too good to be true. Upon receiving the item, I inspected it for any major cosmetic flaws. While I understand it is a refurb, I was pretty unimpressed with the obvious fingerprints that we're on the device, the peeling protective wrap along the edges, and the sparse packaging. The deal breaker was the numerous superficial scratches on the screen. To be fair, you really had to look for them and there were not any major scratches, but it was definitely device that had been used for a time. In the end I returned the device and will most likely save refurb purchases for products where I am less concerned about cosmetic imperfections.

I did not want to burn my verizon upgrade on a new phone so I thought I would get a refurbished one through Best Buy.. It looks and works like a brand new phone and have been extremely happy with it...
