Love this watch! It works great. Couldn't tell me its not brand new. The battery life could be a little bit better but overall i am a haopy customer!

It is not like refurbished it is like a new and excellent condition. I recommend anyone who doesn't want to pay retail price.

MY FAOVRITE WATCH BY FAR!!!! I used to have one of the first Galaxy watches which were huge, heavy and just totally uncomfortable to wear. THIS ONE IS NOT THAT WAY!!! This is light, not too big for a small wrist, and just a wonderful watch in all. I'm not a fan of the band so I buy my own bands that are elastic, but the watch performs wonderfully. Some of my favorite things about this watch is that 10 minutes into my treadmill work out it will notice I'm working out and adjust for that time of 10 minutes. Other watches that have done stuff like that don't back time it. This one does and it's great. I like the ease of use and how simple it was to set up. All around its a wonderful watch.

This watch looks good, had an array of watch faces to choose from, is comfortable to wear, and accurately keeps track of my sleep and health stats. It has been an excellent addition to my healthy lifestyle.

The watch is great. Unfortunately, the battery life is not. With battery saver on and location off, it maybe last 24 hours. Also only comes with a usb c charger with no block. So you need to find a charger that accepts usb c.

Refurbished is awful. Ive had the watch for about 3 weeks, of course just past the return policy period. Three times this week the screen has frozen with the time stuck on the screen. It also no longer pops up texts as they come in despite those settings being selected in the wearable app. Its a total piece of crap and I traded in my other watch for this garage.

I ordered the watch on this listing, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 40mm LTE refurbished. I got it home, charged it, connected it to my device. Then I called my cell phone provider to sign it up for LTE service. Spent an hour with my cell provider trying to get my watch to work on LTE to finally find out the watch I received was the non-LTE model. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I contacted Best Buy who told us the we have to ship the watch back, wait until they receive, then wait until they issue the refund, then re-purchase the watch. So I re-purchase the watch online and select in-store pickup. I get to the store, pick up the watch, and have the Best Buy employee check the watch to make sure it's LTE before I take it home. Turns out they sent the non-LTE version. I declined the pick and requested a refund right there on the spot. This has been a beyond frustrating experience. It's incredible to me that the Best Buy refurbishment center can send out the wrong models. Buyers beware and double check what you receive.

I bought this watch for a very good price & I love it!! The watch does more then I understand, which is great I'm learning. Easy to set up with all kinds of options for health, exercise, sleeping mode & so much more. I paid full price for the same watch for my husband I wished I would've known about this option. I definitely recommend!!

When i 1st saw all the bad reviews i should of not brought this watch never was able to connect to my phone company, customer service is trash its truly sad when you spend your money and dont get what you paid for. Yal claim my watch was lock dont see how...... why in the world would i buy a watch thats locked. Never buy again
